Seems like a good time to make a thread on this seeing as I've owned it over 3 weeks and have already managed to put something like 1300 miles on it- despite my justification for buying a 4.0 V8 being that my personal mileage was likely to decrease... After 4 very happy and enjoyable years with an E82 125i Coupe I was starting to properly get the bug to move on to something else. I'd had a great time with that car but had got everything I wanted out of owning it (including a very fun trip over to the Nurburgring), and was struggling to see the value for money in putting any more money into it

In the late 2000s I was at a car show, and one of the stands I visited had a very performance focused car. Not quite a track toy, but definitely not a comfy cruiser.It was enclosed, but it had something more akin to a cockpit than a cabin. The passenger seat was behind, but to the side of the driver's seat. So a sort of staggered tandem arrangement. It was a low volume manufacturer, and they were encouraging people to come and try the car at their HQ (I can't remember which country). With the current A4 Avant having served Mrs89 well as a great allrounder... mechanically she's been without fault and has proved her worth. Exterior wise, she has suffered and looks great from 10 feet away but there's a complaint on every panel... the nail in the coffin was a side swipe from an errant deer (it didn't end well for the deer) the time has come to say farewell....Wanting something bigger as her car is the family wagon as we all can't fit in the S5...This arrives Saturday morningit's a 2010, 3.0TDi, so the substantially cheaper tax bracket...needs tyres (ordered a set of Nankangs)o

Over 3 months into M3 ownership now, and I'm pleased to report that it's been a very happy 3 months with the exception of the fuel bill being more horrendous than expected thanks to a certain President's actions in the Middle East. A few weeks ago it went into Redish Motorsport for new fuel injectors and an NRW Inline Fuel Filter. Not a cheap job, but every time I put my foot down the mental image of an injector sticking open and writing off the engine weighed on my mind, and unless my circumstances dramatically change I plan on owning this car for a long while so it seemed worth the money. 2011 쉐보레 이쿠이녹스. 몇 년 전 정면 사고 이후로 빗날씨에만 에어컨 냉풍이 안 나옴.

스코다 룸스터 리어 액슬 교체 후 리어 서스펜션이 이전과 다르게 보임. 스프링 시트(스프링이 앉는 부분)가 지면에서 약 10cm 정도로 매우 낮고 수평이 아닌 기울어진 상태로 보임. 양쪽이 대략 대칭이지만 정확한 원래 상태를 비교할 사진이 없음.

1996 보르텍스 엔진에 2행정 해양용 오일 약 0.5갤런을 가득 찬 휘발유 탱크(약 45갤런)에 첨가한 후 시동이 걸리지 않음. 엔진 저장 가능 여부와 시동 방법 확인 필요. 오염된 휘발유 처리 방법과 스파크 플러그 8개 전체 교체 필요 여부 문의.

1991 TVR S3 헤드라이트 교체 중 기존 PVC 배선을 현대식 커넥터로 교체하려고 함. 헤드라이트가 보닛에 부착되어 있어 헤드라이트 룸을 분리 가능하게 만들어야 함. 기존 14/0.3 (8.5암페어) PVC 케이블을 16/0.2 (11암페어) 씬월로, 28/0.3 (17.5암페어) PVC를 28/0.3 (25암페어) 씬월로 접합하려고 함.

2001 닛산 익스테라 SE에 하우스 배터리(Universal Battery UB12750 AGM)를 운전석 뒤에 설치하려고 하는데, 장거리 주행 시 과충전 우려. 배터리 사양: 순환 사용 시 제어 전압 14.6-14.8V, 익스테라 발전기 규정 전압 14.1-14.7V. 이 범위에서 배터리가 과충전되지 않을까?

1.3 VW Golf, Pierburg 2E3 캐뷰레터 장착. 7년 이상 방치된 차량. 시동은 바로 걸리지만 점화 스위치를 RUN 위치에 두면 엔진이 즉시 꺼짐. 최근 교체 부품: 배터리, 스파크 플러그, 점화 스위치, 스타터 모터, 연료 필터. 캐뷰레터 분해 정비 및 가스켓/다이어프램 교체 완료. 연료 공급 확인됨.

Citroen C1 1.4HDI 엔진 오일 레벨이 너무 높은 것으로 의심됨. 차량을 예열하고 수평한 바닥에서 디펍스틱으로 확인했을 때 오일 레벨이 높게 보임. 정비소에서는 정상이라고 했으나 확신이 없음.

2000 지프 그랜드 체로키. 배터리 교체 후 며칠간 정상 작동했으나, 다시 시동을 걸려니 1초간 클릭음이 난 후 완전히 꺼짐. 계기판 불빛도 나오지 않음.

브레이크를 밟을 때 스티어링 휠이 심하게 떨림. 3개월 전에 앞뒤 브레이크를 교체했기 때문에 브레이크 패드는 문제없을 것으로 예상됨. (2006 Dodge Dakota)
