브레이크 패드 교환

2010 Toyota Matrix 수동, 1.8L 기본형. 후륜 브레이크 교체 중 발견: 내측 패드가 심하게 마모되어 각도가 붙음 - 허브 쪽이 베어 메탈까지 닳음, 외측 패드는 정상 균등 마모. 슬라이드 핀은 정상, 러버 부시와 부츠 교체함. 캘리퍼를 분해했으나 실린더와 피스톤에 마모나 녹 없음. 스퀘어컷 씰과 부츠 교체함.

1998년식 · EK 6세대 (1995-2000) · 1.6 LX

브레이크 패드 교환

1998 혼다 시빅 EX 운전석 측 후측 드럼 브레이크에서 저속 주행 중 브레이크 적용 시에만 '딸각딸각딸각' 소음 발생. 모든 하드웨어, 슈, 드럼을 새로 교체했음. 백킹 플레이트만 미교체. 슈가 다른 것처럼 중앙에 앉지 않음 - 누르면 내려가지만 브레이크 적용 시 다시 비틀어짐 (실린더 대비 마찰점이 약간 높음). 이것이 클릭음의 원인으로 추정됨.

오일 교환 중 발견된 트랜스미션 벨 하우징의 구멍. 내부가 나사산으로 되어 있는 것으로 보임. 오일 교환 시 아무것도 없었음.

2011 Ford Explorer 앞 브레이크에서 클릭음 발생 및 제동 시 그라인딩음 발생. 로터(앞)와 패드를 2회 교체했으나 동일한 증상 지속.

브레이크 디스크 교환

눈길에서 ABS가 작동한 후 브레이크 페달이 약 75% 내려가 오랫동안 내려간 상태로 유지되다가 서서히 정상으로 돌아옴. ABS가 다시 작동하면 페달이 또 내려감. 최근에는 2주일 동안 페달이 정상으로 돌아오지 않음. 브레이크 성능 자체는 정상이나 페달 높이가 매우 낮음. 한 번 에어를 빼냈고 6개월 전에 패드와 로터를 교체함.

2006 폰티악 그랜드 프릭스 와이드트랙 운전 중 비상브레이크가 작동된 것처럼 느껴짐 (실제로는 작동되지 않음)

1994 올즈모빌 앞 로터와 캘리퍼를 교체했으나 패드는 그대로 두었음. 로터에 녹이 슬어있고 주행 후에도 녹이 남아있음. 패드가 로터에 닿지 않는 것으로 의심됨. 제동력 부족 - 브레이크 페달 감이 좋지 않음.

6L90 트랜스미션이 서로 다른 GM 차량(예: Camaro와 Silverado 2500HD)에 호환되는지 여부

2015 Dodge Ram 6기통 디젤 엔진 교체 후 심한 진동 발생. 원래 엔진은 17,000마일에서 고장남. 견인 시 파크 상태에서 약 2.4m 끌려감.

Lovely car, congratulations ! A very good mate of mine has just done similar, a 2005 30k mile 4.3 with the switchable exhaust. It's the first Aston i have ever been in and what an awesome thing it is. Mate is a fairly handy driver so i expect he will be changing opinions of some people regarding Vantage capabilities up here and around Europe this summer. To me it feels like a very communicative car from the passenger seat, appears to generate a huge amount of grip in both wet and dry even though it was cold, full chat on frosty/gritted roads not so much but a lot of fun !

2011년식 BMW E87 116i가 며칠 전 휘발유가 거의 떨어진 상태로 주행 중 갑자기 심한 흔들림과 진동이 발생했습니다. 연료를 가득 채운 후에도 증상이 지속되며, 주행 중 기어를 유휴 상태로 변속하면 엔진 RPM이 500-700 rpm 사이에서 변동하다가 멈춥니다. 엔진은 시동이 잘 걸리지만 저속 운전 시 불안정합니다. 연료 펌프를 교체해야 하나요?

P0420 코드 발생. 배기가스 검사 불합격. O2 센서 고장으로 인한 과농혼합 및 배기가스에서 높은 CO 수치. 급가속 시 배기관에서 파란색 연기 발생. 엔진이 오일을 태우고 있는 상태. 밸브 스템 또는 피스톤 링 손상 의심.

브레이크를 밟을 때와 주차 상태에서 엔진이 켜져 있을 때 딱딱거리는 음이 난다. 후륜 로터, 패드, 우측 후륜 캘리퍼를 교체했지만 소음이 계속된다.

취미 프로젝트로 트랜스미션 수리 중. Haynes/Chilton 매뉴얼에는 트랜스미션 수리 정보가 없고, 트랜스미션 수리 매뉴얼은 차량 모델이 아닌 트랜스미션 모델별로 판매됨. 어떤 트랜스미션을 가지고 있는지 식별하기 어려움. 트랜스미션 측면에 많은 번호가 있는데 어느 것이 트랜스미션 자체를 식별하는지 모름. 부품 번호로 보이는 것: 6C2P 7000 AA FFAQ (또는 52CP일 수도 있음. 정확히 확인 어려움)

2001 폭스바겐 제타 2.0L. 트랜스미션 마운트 교체 후 리버스 기어가 작동하지 않음. 1단이 리버스 위치처럼 움직여서 아래로 누른 후 위로 올려야 작동. 다른 기어들은 정상 작동. 마운트 교체 전에는 모든 기어가 정상이었음.

89 S10 Blazer, 4.3L V6, AC 장착. 히터를 켠 상태에서 시동을 걸면 후드에서 딱딱거리는 음이 남. 검사 결과 AC 클러치 디스크가 반복적으로 회전했다가 갑자기 멈춤. 서펜타인 벨트는 정상적으로 회전함.
