For a while I have had my eye on a small car to sit in-between family car and weekend car duties. Short list was an UP! GTI and a Panda Cross. Key consideration was it has to carry MTB (on the roof for ease), a dog (inside, not on the roof) and be able to sit on the Motorway every now and again. Performance was not really a consideration, no desire to take the dog for an early morning spirited drive or hurtle around bends with my bike perched on top. This is something that has puzzled me for a long time and it happens with surprising frequency.I often find myself on the motorway driving medium distances and like to sit at a comfortable speed with my cruise control on.Sometimes the road will be fairly quiet and I am sitting in the left lane and a car catches up to me then sits behind while making no attempt to overtake.This car will sit behind me for mile after mile still making no attempt to overtake, but if I move to the left into a filter lane the car behind will speed up and overtake me.The only thing I can think of is that they are usi

In general, I don't like four-seat convertibles, but the S Class really is well-resolved. My preference would be an S65 with a twin turbo 6.0l V12, but that doesn't fit the brief here.
