Not too much to update.F11 - oil change (6k since last) and MOT no advisory pass. For how cheap an oil change is I will just change the oil every year at the MOT for this car. Tyres all around 3mm currently. Think I will give the Conti SportContact 7’s a go all round once the current lot are completely dead. No issues with the car (other than some headlight condensation resolved by removing the top caps). 9 times out of 10 it’s the better car to be in than the GT

What does it cost? Why leave this out of the article? I bet it's huge given that in the Petrol Ped video the guy said the paintjob cost 100k and took 1300 man hours.

With the possible exception of the colour, what a lovely car. They got a bit too blingy and muscle bound after this, for my tastes. I had one of these. Loved it.

Writing the title made me wonder how many rear engined coupes have existed. I got 911 (obviously), some Alpines, Delorean, Fiat / Abarth versions of the 850. There must be more.But this is none of those. Its Japanese, made in the '80s and sold here in reasonable numbers. But they are now firmly in the category of 'rare but nobody gives a st'. And only a handful remain. It's a car I've had a yearning to own and got outbid on one at auction many years ago.
