Steering feels stiff at a certain point while turning. Sometimes its worst and sometimes its showing no problem. No any warning light and 1st time the dealership does not identify what was the issue. After couple of week it was getting worst. So I went again to the dealership and then they said had to replace "intermediate steering shaft". Cost nearly 500-600$.

Auto stalls at lower speeds(10 to 30 mph) when accelerating from a stop. After slowing as when entering a parking lot or making a turn, and then attempting to accelerate it stalls temporarily, maybe half a minute or so then accelerates like mad. Danger of cars behind me expecting me to proceed and I am unable to do so. Have requested toyoto dealer to check and as this is infrequent he can not confirm or fix. Same problem has been fixed by Toyota on other 2018 Camry by recall. My car has not been recalled.

1st Occurance: Approaching stop sign getting off freeway and brake pedal was hard to depress and brakes slow to work, pulled emergency brake to stop vehicle just in time. Break booster vacuum pump needs to be replaced per the diagnostic at the Toyota dealership. My car would not completely start when I was trying to turn it on. Brake booster failed 1 yr ago. At that time, I was told my car does not qualify for the recall because of the VIN batch. So repairs were made out of pocket. Now, I have a letter from Toyota stating I can get reimbursed for the parts and labor. Great! But when I follow the instructions from the letter to navigate the website, the final instruction states to click on "Submit Reimbursement Request". It does NOT exist. We have owned this vehicle since new. Fuel leaks out of the fuel cap when the car is parked overnight. It doesn't matter if the Fuel tank is full or not. When I push the fuel door release button in the car I can hear fuel flowing back to the tank. The leak does not always happen. But it has been happening for at least 2 years. I discussed this with the Toyota dealer and they said it would be $140.00 an hour to look at it. I feel that the fuel pipe and fuel cap are both emission items and should be covered.
