혼다 N-BOX 커스텀(JF3/4) - 와이퍼 암 교체 후 문제｜공정1: 가공된 와이퍼 암으로 교체했으나 카본 패턴이 조금 다릅니다. 실내외 애프터마켓 카본 패턴 부품들은 아래쪽 와이퍼 암의 패턴과 거의 일치합니다😅 http://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/2814421/car/2418993/14051915/parts.aspx｜공정2: 나사 고정 커버 부분의 곡면에 부착이 잘 안 되어 가공 완제품을 구입했으나, 다시 한번 커팅 시트로 시도해봅니다.

브레이크 패드 교환

2003 닛산 알티마 SE 3.5L에서 타이로드 교체 후 동일한 소음이 재발생. 부트가 풀려서 다시 조여주고 그리스를 추가했으나 며칠 후 다시 발생. 브레이크 사용 시 끔찍한 클릭음과 그라인딩음이 발생하며, 드라이브 주행 중 브레이크 사용 시 노킹과 삑삑거리는 소음이 계속 발생. 리버스에서는 이런 소음이 없음. 또한 아이들러 풀리가 매우 시끄럽고 간헐적으로 음이 줄어듦.

새로운 Corolla를 6개월 전에 구입했는데 최근에 에어컨에서 곰팡이 냄새가 난다. AC를 켰을 때보다 꺼졌을 때 냄새가 더 심하다. 딜러에서는 AC 배관에 물이 고여서 곰팡이가 피는 것이라고 설명했다. YouTube에서 본 방법대로 AC 실외기 흡입구에 라이솔을 분사했는데 일주일 후 냄새가 다시 돌아왔다.

정면 충돌 후 팬 모터가 오일 쿨러에 접촉, 오일 쿨러 경미한 손상 있음, 냉각수 탱크에서 오일과 냉각수가 혼합됨

2007 타코마 엔진 베이 하단부(배터리 아래 부근)에 검은색 오일 때가 심하게 묻어있음. 단단하게 굳은 검은색 오물이 많이 축적되어 있음. 오일팬 개스킷 누유가 원인일 수 있는지 궁금함.

변속기 오일 교환

2007 지프 커맨더(AWD) - 철도 건널목 통과 후 모든 기어 상실 (P, R, N, D 불가). 트랜스미션 유체 수위는 정상. 기어 레버 조작 시 저항감 없음. 기어 잠금 및 변속 메커니즘 부위에서 음향 및 작동감 없음. 기계식 링키지 파손 의심.

1993 Chevy Cheyenne에서 간헐적인 시동 불가 증상 발생. 하루 중 약 2시간 동안 크랭킹 또는 시동이 안 되다가 자동으로 정상화되어 시동됨. 진단 중에는 항상 정상 시동됨. 새 배터리, 스타터, 점화 스위치, 중립 안전 스위치 교체 완료. 배선은 양호한 상태. 스타터 솔레노이드 접점 배선 모두 교체 완료.

타이어에 있던 나사를 제거하고 1주일 전에 플러그로 처리했는데, 그 이후로 하루에 약 1 PSI씩 공기압이 떨어지고 있습니다. 비눗물로 확인해보니 매우 미세한 누수가 있는데, 한 개의 기포가 나타났다가 천천히 커집니다.

드라이브샤프트 교환

주행 중 소음 발생. 성장하는 듯한 소음과 약 40km/h에서 큰 진동/열차폐판 소음. 리어 드라이브 샤프트를 제거한 후 유니버설 조인트가 경직되고 걸려있는 상태 발견. 샤프트 없이 시운전 결과 두 소음 모두 사라짐.

캐러밴의 방향지시등이 대시보드에서는 작동하지만 전면 및 후면 외부 라이트에서는 작동하지 않음. 브레이크등도 작동하지 않으며 상단 스톱등만 작동함. 스캔 툴 연결 시 계기판의 방향지시등을 제어할 수 있음.

BMW Z4 E85(2007년식) - 시동 후 파워 스티어링(동력 조향)이 갑자기 작동 중단되고 노란색 스티어링 휠 경고등이 점등됨. 전압 측정 결과 약 13.1V~13.3V로 저하. 발전기 프리휠(overrunning clutch)이 불량이었음. 발전기 프리휠과 레귤레이터를 완전히교체했음. 현재 배터리와 전압은 정상 상태이고 엔진도 양호함. 하지만 노란색 스티어링 휠 경고등이 계속 점등되고 파워 스티어링이 여전히 작동하지 않음.
