2004 Dodge Grand Caravan 우측 방향지시등이 빠르게 깜빡이면서 구동 전구 소손을 나타냄. 우측 테일라이트가 완전히 꺼져 있었으나, 교체 전구 설치 전에 정상 작동으로 돌아와 라이트가 다시 켜짐. 현재 다시 꺼짐. 전구 교체했으나 해결 안 됨 (기존 전구의 필라멘트는 정상 상태). 느슨하거나 헤진 배선이 원인으로 추정됨. 유사한 배선 문제 전력이 있음.

3세대 RAV4 액세서리 소켓 항상 활성화 개조 시도 중 구형 RAV4.1에 적용 방법을 찾기 어려움. 페달 위 패널을 열고 중간 릴레이의 두 구리 접점을 배선으로 연결하는 방식이 자신의 차량에 맞는지 불확실함. 첫 번째 개조 작업이라 신중하게 진행 중

O2 센서가 0.9V에서 고정되어 농후 상태를 나타내고, 15-30초 동안 지속되면서 LTFT가 +25% 이상으로 상승함. 컴퓨터가 계산한 연비가 30+ MPG에서 22-24 MPG로 저하. STFT도 LTFT를 따라 높은 수치로 변동. 이 현상이 가벼운 부하(스로틀 5-7%) 상태에서 일관되게 시작. 스로틀을 급격히 밟거나 0% 스로틀로 관성주행할 때까지 O2가 0.9V에서 유지. 이후 O2가 정현파로 복구되고 LTFT, STFT가 1 이하로 하강.

중고 타이어 구매 시 제조 날짜 스탬프를 확인했는데 일부 타이어의 날짜 표시가 변조된 것으로 의심됨. 대부분의 타이어는 볼록하게 올라온 글자 형태이지만, 일부 타이어는 들어간 글자(스탬프 형태)로 마치 그 부분을 샌딩하고 새로운 날짜를 다시 스탬프한 것처럼 보임. 이러한 타이어가 불량 타이어인지 의심스러움.

엔진오일 교환

2014 VW Passat 2.5L, 80,000km. 8개월 동안 차고에 방치 후 다시 사용 시작. 예전보다 엔진음이 훨씬 커짐. 방치 중 소량의 휘발유만 남겨두었음.

엔진 재구성 후 시동 시와 시동 정지 시 외부에서 휘발유 냄새가 남. 휘발유 필터, 가스캡, EGR을 교체함. 휘발유 탱크에서 눈에 보이는 누유 없음.

변속기 오일 교환

엔진룸에서 윙윙거리는 소음이 들림. 밸브커버 주변에서 발생하는 것으로 확인됨. 엔진오일 레벨은 정상이나 색상이 검은색임. 오일에서 이상한 냄새나 흰 거품 없음. 마지막 오일 및 오일필터 교환은 약 1년 전(약 13,000km). 닛산 프리메라 P11 해치백, CVT 자동변속기. 유휴 회전수에서도 윙윙거리는 소음 지속됨.

4단에서 5단으로 기어를 변속할 때 3단으로 떨어지는 현상 발생. 고속도로에서 5단 변속이 두려움. 100~115km/h 속도에서 4단 주행 가능 여부 문의

머플러 교환

Jeep Commander 5.7 Hemi(2006년식)에서 배기음 문제. Magnaflow 49709 캐터(신규 설치), Magnaflow 18인치 오벌 머플러(약 1년 전 설치), 순정 레지네이터 및 파이프 장착. 신규 스파크 플러그 및 코일팩 설치, 최근 스로틀 바디 세척 완료. 증상: 고회전 영역(끝부분)에서 플러터/터덕거림 음향 발생. 회전 전체 구간에서 부드럽지 못함. 세심한 청음 필요.

2012 VW Passat SEL 듀얼 AC 존에서 운전자 측은 정상 작동하나 동승자 측 AC에서 외부 공기가 나옴 (낮에는 뜨거운 공기, 밤에는 따뜻한 공기만 나옴). AC를 찬 바람으로 설정하면 동승자 측 앞부분에서 경미한 휘슬링음 발생. 저단 기어에서 주행 시 더 명확함.
