휴가 후 장거리 주행 복귀. 차량이 정상 주행했으나 서스펜션 관련 이슈 발생. VCDS 스캔 결과 front left height sensor 에러 코드 발생 - 반대편 보다 20mm 낮게 표시됨. 실제 ride height는 정상. 차량이 항상 level을 유지했으나 front left suspension 쪽 ball joint가 seized 상태로 발견됨.

2008 Fiat 500 1.2 Pop - 좌측 전면 충돌 후 차량이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 운전석 에어백, 운전석 무릎 에어백, 동승석 에어백 3개가 전개됨. 정비사가 좌측 전면 에어백 센서 교체 없이는 시동 불가 및 진단 불가라고 설명. 차량이 모든 에어백 감지를 요구하며 시동 거부. 임시로 저항을 장착하여 에어백 시스템을 속이려는 시도 중.

기어스틱이 없는 것으로 보임 (자동변속기 또는 패들 시프트 방식). 브레이크 블리드 니플이 손상되고 녹슬어있음. 열쇠 코딩 문제. ASM (자동 순차 수동변속기/스포츠시프트) 파이프에서 누유 발생 - 저압 공급 및 복귀 라인 연결부의 러버 호스가 분할/누수됨.

Vauxhall Corsa C (2004) 1.2 Life의 후면 트레일링 암 서스펜션에 Direnza 30mm 로우링 스프링 교체 후 문제 발생. 사진에서 보면 스프링의 두 개 코일이 거의 닿을 정도로 매우 가깝게 붙어 있음. 범프를 지날 때 대부분의 구간에서 뱅뱅거리는 음향 발생. 동일한 음향은 스프링 장착 전부터 있었음.

2001년식 혼다 시빅 에어컨이 냉매 충전 후 3일 정도만 냉풍을 분사하다가 차가운 바람이 나오지 않음. 바람은 여전히 나옴. 심각한 누유가 있는 것으로 추정됨.

엔진이 크랭크되고 RPM 읽음 및 스파크 있음. 하지만 인젝터 펄스 없음. GM 기술 지원에 연락했고 컴퓨터 교체 시도 권장받음. 중고 컴퓨터 2개 시도했으나 같은 문제 발생.

트럭이 주행 중 파워를 잃고 꺼짐. 캠 상관관계 코드(cam correlation code)가 거의 모두 저장됨. 6개의 코일이 모두 TDC 근처에서 점화 중. 연료 추가해도 변화 없음. 트럭은 크랭크되지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 상대 압축(relative compression)이 균등함

O2 센서가 만료되었다는 메시지로 기계가 잠금. Mahle 센서 문제.

디젤 엔진을 수동변속기로 다운시프트하여 레드라인(약 4500 RPM) 이상으로 오버레브(약 5500 RPM)할 경우 어떻게 되는가? 엔진 관리 시스템이 과속 조건을 감지하고 디젤 연료 분사를 차단하면 연소가 일어나지 않는데, 디젤 엔진이 낮은 레드라인을 갖는 이유가 더 이상 유효하지 않은 것처럼 보임

에어컨 가스 충전

2011 오디세이 AC가 무작위로 꺼짐. 약 6개월 전 컨덴서 누수로 교체했고 정상 작동하다가 최근 AC가 갑자기 꺼지는 증상 발생. AC가 꺼져도 냉풍은 나옴.

I owned a 200 that turned out to be the UK Press launch car and did over 100k in it. Very under rated car and deceptively quick. Brakes and oil was all that ever needed changing. Id have another if I didn't now have a Megane 275.

최근 1주일 동안 과열이 시작됨. 고속도로 주행 중 가속페달을 밟을 때만 온도가 올라가고, 페달에서 발을 떼면 온도가 내려감. 완전히 정차했을 때는 온도가 중간 지점까지 내려가지만, 다시 출발하면 온도가 다시 올라감. 과거에 호스와 워터펌프를 교체했을 때는 과열 문제가 없었음.

변속기 오일 교환

엄청난 연료비 및 자동차세(VED) 때문에 운영비가 많이 든다. 스위치기어(switchgear)가 심각하게 손상된 상태로, 이전 소유자가 어떻게 이렇게까지 망가뜨렸는지 이해가 안 간다.
