I’d been trying hard to manage without one as my daily driver, but not helped by the excellent Stick Legs thread on here, I cracked and got another one.Quick photo:Potted version of my Land-Rover history. A January 2004 L322 V8 petrol with a FSH and 167,000 miles bought for £4,500 from a dealer near Swindon. Following appropriate man maths it was bought instead of spending £3k on winter wheels and tyres for the E Class

The oil price is well down around $66 a barrel. And the £ is worth nearly $1.30 these are the two things that normally go agaisnt us but both are the right way.So why is the pump price still high?

I went out with a young lady who behaved exactly like that when I was 25. I had my own car and she had hers but it was my job to look after both! After having to avert a mechanical disaster one too many times I told her straight that she was on her own for her car and that if she was worried about anything she should take it to her local garage (which was run by a friend of hers). Only took 3 weeks before I got a call about her being stranded after something had gone pop under the bonnet and progress was no longer an option. The car was being recovered by the garage but could I go pick her

Could somebody give me a little guidance and how this would work. Car A is on my driveway that I want to swap for car B which we will be meeting half way, car B is taxed and previous owner will cancel tax after we get back from the swap. Temp insurance will be used.Car A has no insurance or tax. Insurance as said I will just use temp cover. Do I just tax the car as normal and then cancel once I am home, shame to lose 35 quid just for a 40 minute drive.

Have they managed to make a new car look like an old car?

Right then... It's all been a bit shuffle and move these last couple of weeks. As some may have seen in my other threads my SL500 went to a new home which freed up some cash to go in the Caterham fund. Ever since selling my old 310R I've bitterly regretted doing so. Can’t think of a better looking car with 4 usable seats. Hopefully the exhaust note is improved and they offer some good deals to actually sell some more this time.

쇼크업소버 교환

1997 혼다 어코드에 잘못된 파워스티어링 플루이드를 사용함. 랙 앤 피니언 씰이 심하게 손상되어 플루이드가 완전히 새는 상태.

지난해 에어컨 시스템을 분해하고 플러시했으며, 새 컴프레서, 오리피스 튜브, 어큐뮬레이터를 교체했습니다. 진공이 유지되지 않고 매우 느린 누수가 있었습니다. 스니퍼나 UV 염료로 누수를 찾을 수 없었습니다. 에어컨을 재충전했을 때 냉방이 잘 작동했고 정비소에서 진공을 빼고 재충전했지만 누수를 찾지 못했습니다. 여름 내내 에어컨이 잘 작동했습니다. 겨울에 보관했습니다. 이번 봄에 냉방이 안 됩니다. 기존 어큐뮬레이터를 사용하여 에어컨을 재충전하고 UV 염료가 새도록 하기 위해 운전해야 하나요 - 얼마나 오래 걸리나요? 기존 어큐뮬레이터로 시스템을 운전하면 해롭지 않을까요? 컴프레서를 망치고 싶지 않습니다. DIY로 비용을 절약하려고 시도 중입니다.
