Both my boys had a BB policy none of them had any issues in their first year. I treated it like a learning year and they had to stick to the rules as they gained the essential experience. I didn’t want the “youth” pressure of having mates in cars and doing stuff that we all got away with on the roads these days.After that first year their renewals dropped well below the BB policy price, I thought it was worth it for the peace of mind and value.

Went to a small local show that I heard about on the grapevine, at a place called Path Head watermill, a beautiful setting a few miles from my place, but somewhere I'd never heard of or visited. It was a nice enough day, but the turnout was poor, mainly due to there being several other better advertised car events on that day. I bought a registration and haven’t assigned it to my own car so the retention document is still in the previous owner’s name. Can I sell the registration on without having assigned it to my own car or do I have to first get the registration in my name before selling it? Ideally I’d like to avoid the £80 fee.

Volvo makes safe cars which are not only the bare minimum in passing NCAP but offer real safety.For example crashing into a stopped lorry at 40mph I am sure there will be no intrusion into the Volvo cabin. Which other crossover will be the same? Sure they all will pass a standardised test but cruising into a lorry that is stopped or suddenly stops or a full sized SUV crashing into the crossover at 50mph which crossover will be closest to the Volvo in safety.
