I try to be as objective as I can with cars, not carry over any prejudices but like in all aspects of life (clothing, food, drink, electrical/audio equipment etc), there are brands that I am more drawn to and have more of an affinity/fondness with for varying reasons. So what would those 6 car manufacturers/brands be for you and why? Here are mine.1) Ford - this is mostly an age thing, as growing up in Britain in the 80s you were either team Ford, team Vauxhall or team Austin Rover and I was definitely team Ford. Why? This is pretty much exactly where I was 4 years ago. I had a fun car (MX5), but needed something reliable to go with it to get me to work and do tip runs and such. The Duster has been bloody brilliant. 100% reliable, plenty of space for moving crap about, and all the toys I could want - although I'm jealous of your heated steering wheel! For the money it is, and mine was about 23k, I don't think more would get you something massively 'better'. It's good to drive, comfy, and the stereo's good. The wanting to look like a drug dealer spec thing is misguided.The look they're after is the rapper gangsta/Kardashian/Love Island contestant who drives this sort of thing.It's a bit like the nerd who has an Aston and an Omega wanting to be 007 or the roid head builder in his pick up with delusions of being a cage fighter.I drive an RX7 because I am channelling Vin Diesel.
