연료 탱크 내 슬로싱(sloshing)이 발생하면 연료 분사 시스템에 방해가 되는 연료 흐름 중단이 발생할 수 있습니다. 연료가 탱크의 한쪽으로 모이면 연료 펌프가 공기를 빨아들이게 되어 차량이 스톨될 수 있습니다. 또한 슬로싱으로 인해 연료 게이지가 계속 움직이는 현상이 발생합니다.

I had a Dame Edna with this engine, picked it up for buttons and put about 40,000 on it and it only needed a tyre, an idler pulley, an ABS ring and a coolant return pipe. Absolutely fantastic cars - great power, good economy and I could do everything myself on the drive. Will always have a soft spot for them. Already had the uprated swirl flap bar too. Enjoy!

I've always felt 100bhp is the bare minimum I'd prefer, but have gone lower with a brief stint in an Audi A2 TDi 75ps.For the upper limit, I don't have one.

What's insurance like on these? I need something cheap to run for my 17 year old.

After years of reading about other people’s cars, I thought I would start my own thread. I run a variety of older cars including a Mini R50, a VX220 and a Cayman 987 so there’s usually something needing attention.I bought the Cayman in March. It’s a 2007 model with the base 2.7 engine. This means it has the stronger IMS bearing and little concern about bore-score (unlike the 3.4S which I specifically avoided). It’s a manual and scrapes into the lower road tax bracket. Overpriced most of these, especially the Nova.Not even luke warm as far as hot hatches go.For me the Mini looks the most interesting.

1991 메르세데스 190E (가솔린)에서 시동 문제 발생. 하루 이상 사용하지 않거나 몇 분 내에 다시 시동하면 정상. 하지만 몇 시간(하루 미만)의 시간이 경과한 후 시동을 걸면 문제 발생.

재제조된 엔진을 구입했고 보증을 유지하려면 새로운 오일 쿨러를 구매해야 했습니다. 애프터마켓 오일 쿨러를 구매했는데 제대로 맞지 않습니다. 러버 링(O-ring)의 크기를 변경해서 맞는 것 같지만 두 번 터져서 오일이 분사되었습니다.

Crazy stuff (to me, and others probably) again.I hear what you say about the breaking of cars less in demand. I've been looking for Birds Eye Maple trim for the C55 for a year without luck. I found a car recently on eBay which was for sale for £650 without an MOT - the seller wouldn't sell me the trim. He then sold the car to a breaker and gave me his number. The photos I was sent after asking the breajer for the trim showed the windows smashed, the trim covered in glads, and the house open to the elements!
