These have potential

This is pretty much exactly where I was 4 years ago. I had a fun car (MX5), but needed something reliable to go with it to get me to work and do tip runs and such. The Duster has been bloody brilliant. 100% reliable, plenty of space for moving crap about, and all the toys I could want - although I'm jealous of your heated steering wheel! For the money it is, and mine was about 23k, I don't think more would get you something massively 'better'. It's good to drive, comfy, and the stereo's good. Looks great. We're doing similar in Slovenia with ours at the moment. Zero issues as usual although I can't decide if the AC is slightly less effective than it was 4 years ago or 38 degrees is pushing it to it's limits. They're common as muck out here too.

Sounds like it'll taste roastier than Starbucks! Not one for me, but fair play for giving it a shot (pun intended). How close was the vote in terms of tasting notes? Be interesting to see how much of an outlier my tastes for light roasted anaerobic co-ferments are!

For when I need to get somewhere quickly.. 150k miles, 1.5 diesel, one of the very best cars I've owned. I've put 110k miles on it. For sts and giggles. Mrs' 'days off car'. For when we want to waft and be comfortable. 228k miles, I'm second owner, first owner had it 21 years...

What an utterly vile-looking thing that is.

2003 Ram 4.7L - 에어컨이 정상 작동하다가 신호등에서 멈추면 작은 소리가 나고 매우 뜨거운 바람이 나옴. 중립에 놓고 RPM을 올려도 개선되지 않으며, 트럭이 움직일 때만 다시 냉각됨. 엔진 꺼질 때마다 약 6초간 쉭쉭거리는 소리 발생. 냉매를 완전히 배출하고 진공을 뽑은 후 상급 134a로 충전했으나 변화 없음(약간만 냉각됨). 냉매량은 감소하지 않음.

Driving on the Autobahns for the last few weeks. You forget what it's like to be passed by a properly fast car. There's loads of 110-130mph cars but it's maybe once a day something comes past at 170+, and it really is a wow moment. Especially the SUVs, Cayenne's, AMGs and M BMWs etc as they physically move your own car when they pass. The cake was a modified M2 though. Felt like it was doing 190 and it was screaming. Made 100mph look like it was standing still. Needs to be experienced at least once in your life.

I try to be as objective as I can with cars, not carry over any prejudices but like in all aspects of life (clothing, food, drink, electrical/audio equipment etc), there are brands that I am more drawn to and have more of an affinity/fondness with for varying reasons.  So what would those 6 car manufacturers/brands be for you and why?  Here are mine.1) Ford - this is mostly an age thing, as growing up in Britain in the 80s you were either team Ford, team Vauxhall or team Austin Rover and I was definitely team Ford.  Why?  Probably because of the Capri, XR Fords and RS Turbos and of course the
