Many people recommend spraying Lysol Disinfectant Spray or similar products into the HVAC intake to kill mold and bad odors inside HVAC. Should the AC be on or off for this procedure? As far as I can tell, the evaporator coil is the most likely location of mold growth. If the AC is on, the coil will be cool, and stuff will condense on it. So it makes sense to run the AC for a while before you spray Lysol into the HVAC intake. However, I haven't seen this bit being mentioned. Does this make sense?

What is the difference between the cheapest fuels in a place like Tesco's and the 'high quality', highly priced competitors? Is there actually any noticeable difference in available power, engine smoothness, efficiency, maintenance costs etc? Personally I've always used the cheapest I can just because I don't know what the difference is that I would be paying for! Can anyone justify their use of an expensive fuel having had a bad experience with a cheap fuel in their car in the past?

Am posting here as this question seems to be considered off-topic on both the electronics and the Raspberry sister sites. Would like to install a carputer (Raspberry Pi), and am wondering about the minimal equipment needed to power it from the car. Have battery plus, battery minus/chassis ground, and ignition sense available. I understand a step-down converter (12V->5V) is not enough, since the power line may have up to 100V or so when the car starts (not sure about exact figure). 1996 G10 밴, 주행거리 143,000마일. 저속에서만 발생하는 매우 큰 삐걱거리거나 고음의 신음음. 발생이 불규칙하고 일관성 없음. 브레이크 작동 여부와 관계없이 발생. 스티어링 휠 조작 여부도 관계없음. 리버스에서 더 자주 발생하지만 드라이브에서도 발생 가능. 주차할 때(옆에 세우기 포함) 거의 독점적으로 발생. 지속시간 약 15초.

1998 Ram 1500 승객석 후미등 중 하나가 작동 안 함. 두 개의 전구 중 백업등은 정상, 브레이크/턴신호/주행등 겸용 전구에서 주행등만 작동 안 함. 브레이크와 턴신호는 정상 작동. 전구 교체, 소켓 교체, 퓨즈 확인 완료했으나 문제 지속.

오일팬 드레인 플러그 나사산이 헐거워짐. 딜러십에서 과도하게 조였거나 나사산을 엇나가게 조여서 발생. 많은 사람들이 같은 문제로 새 오일팬 교체를 요청함.

2004 폰티악 몬타나에서 나이프형 아이솔레이터 스위치를 설치하려는데 음(-)배터리 케이블에 접근할 수 없음. 퓨즈 박스를 제거해야 하는지 확인 필요

I have wondered the same for years and just mainly assumed people are doing better than me.However, I have heard of some funny arrangements whereby person A has taken out a lease, the other-half chips in as well has her nan as she is taken to the shops once a week.etcPersonally I couldn't be bothered, however people are suckers for new shiny things.

Pleased the day went well in general mate and the car handled well. Interesting on the brakes though. When the Vantage S was introduced it used a 380mm front 2 piece floating disc (up from 355mm, non floating) and a 6 piston Brembo caliper (up from 4 piston) and Pagid RS4-2-2 pads. These are much more capable. Add braided lines and Castrol SRF fluid and I reckon you’d be ok on track. You can usually buy caliper spacers to enable the existing caliper to accept a bigger disc, but I’d swap out the caliper for the beefier 6 pot too.
