배터리 교환

Toyota 5VZ 연료 시스템 진단 중 P0171 코드 확인. 서비스 매뉴얼에서 Toyota 핸드헬드 테스터로 DLC3에 연결하여 ACTIVE TEST 모드를 선택하거나, 배터리 양(+)과 음(-)단자를 연료펌프 커넥터에 직접 연결하는 단계가 필요함. 점화 스위치가 ON 위치에 있을 때 왜 이러한 추가 단계가 필요한지 궁금함.

2010 GMC Canyon에서 시동 직후 기어에 넣을 때 브레이크가 풀리지 않으며, 가속하면 팝 소리와 함께 풀림. 처음 2-3번 시동 후 증상 완화되고 차량 워밍업 후 호전됨. 날씨가 추워지면서 시작되었고, 기온이 올라가면 거의 멈춤. 후륜 실린더 교체 예정.

2002 어코드 EX 2.3L - 500-1000마일당 4쿼트의 과도한 오일 소비 (누유 없음, 냉시동 시 가속할 때 많은 연기 발생 - 피스톤 링 손상 의심), 키를 오프 위치에서 돌리기 어려움 (누르면서 돌리면 안 됨), 시동 불량, 가벼운 소리 감지

제트 엔진의 에스터 기반 오일은 밀폐된 환경에서 교환이 필요 없다고 하는데, 같은 에스터 기반 오일(예: Redline 5W40)을 Jetta 2.5L 가솔린 엔진에 사용하면 오일을 교환하지 않아도 되나? 계속 Redline만 사용하고 타는 양만 보충하면 되지 않나?

2016 토요타 코롤라 'S' 17인치 휠과 타이어가 2014 사이언 xD에 장착되었을 때 러빙이 발생하는지 확인 필요. 두 차량 모두 동일한 5x100 볼트 패턴 사용. 휠의 폭 차이 확인 및 속도계 오차 발생 여부.

브레이크 패드 교환

2010 현대 엑센트에서 빗올 때 처음 시동을 걸고 브레이크를 밟으면 처음 2~3회 정도 브레이크가 갑자기 잠기고 심한 소음이 발생함. 이웃의 동일 차량도 같은 현상이 있다고 함.

Hey so my car was serviced last Wednesday, got an oil change and replaced the brake rotors and pads. And it was driving fine all of Thursday and then for whatever reason late Friday the car would start to rumble when braking and the steering wheel would pull to the right slightly. Well I was already at a party so I didn't think much of it and was gonna go home and on Monday get them to look at it again as those aren't normal sounds a car would make. Anyways driving home I make a stop and now when I tried driving my car it would refuse to go forward like the front wheels would rotate two inches

배터리 교환

2005 VW Golf 1.4 5-door hatchback manual. I keep having to get my car jump started everyday after only a few hours of being parked. When I turn the key, it just does a "click, click, click" noise continuously. When I unlock the car, the front lights come on as normal and the inside lights come on. When I turn the key, the dash lights up as normal. But, the car won't start without a jump start. I replaced the battery, it's brand new. Any ideas what it could be?

Nice to see the Hot Hatch EV has another contender in it. I think it looks ok and if I was in the market for such a thing I’d take a look. Plenty of kit too.

2013 Corolla에서 dealership에서 풀 synthetic oil로 오일 교환 후 다음날 콜드 스타트 전에 오일 레벨 확인했을 때 최대 표시선과 최소 표시선 사이의 레벨인데, 가득 찬 것은 아님

얼터네이터 교환

2008 Toyota Corolla 간헐적 시동 불량. 시동이 걸릴 때도 있고 안 걸릴 때도 있음. 스타터, 올터네이터, 배터리, 스파크 플러그를 모두 교체했음에도 불구하고 문제 지속. 몇 시간 후 다시 시동이 걸림.

2007 어코드 운전석 에어컨이 작동하지 않음. 블렌드 도어 액추에이터를 제거함. 흰색 레버 두 개를 동시에 조작함. 한쪽 레버는 수동으로 조작하면 결과가 나오지만, 다른 쪽은 작동하지 않음. 작동하지 않는 쪽은 파이어월을 통과하는 케이블로 연결되어 있음. 엔진룸에서 케이블을 찾았지만 부품에 연결되어 있지 않음.

에어컨 저압/고압 게이지 차트 판독이 혼란스러움. 인터넷 차트와 유튜브 정비사 차트의 수치가 크게 다름. 예: 85°F에서 저압(인터넷) 45-55 psi vs (유튜브) 27-42 psi, 고압(인터넷) 225-250 psi vs (유튜브) 128-181 psi. 105°F에서도 마찬가지로 차이 발생.

My other half's car for the last 5 years has been a Mercedes ML350cdi. To it's credit it's was one of the most comfortable cars we've owned. Incredibly practical for a family of five but it was becoming costly. Last year we spent £1k on incidental repairs not including servicing etc. This year the A/C pump packed up but it also developed a timing chain rattle on cold. Frustrating as it only had 104k on it, full service history too but a timing chain replacement was an engine out job, £4k+ and even a local specialist wouldn't do the job. I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
