Since we bought the vehicle new in late 2018, in hot weather we sometimes see gas running down the side of the car below the filler pipe door, and a little puddle of gas on the rubber just inside the filler pipe door. 2012 Jeep Compav compass I noticed a persistent squealing coming from thr front end of my car (I think the front left). It happens when I have my foot on the accelerator and over 40-45 mph. It stops when I let my foot off the gas, and only occurs under load. This alone would take me to the engine, but it responds to me turning the wheel. It gets louder when turning right and quieter when left. It also stops when I let off gas. My original thought was brakes, but I wanted to see if the community had an idea. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I recently bought a 2016 Tacoma SR5 2.7L 4WD with 70k mi. At idle in D or R like at a red light (idles around 550rpm) the truck vibrates. Sometimes it’s bad and shakes my head and eyes and feels like someone is kicking my seat. It tends to get worse the longer I sit at a red light. It’s worse with the brake pedal pressed, but happens a bit in drive with the parking brake on and not pushing the brake pedal. 2004 Camry with about 160K miles (and I hope to drive it until the kids take away my keys in a few years). For the last month or two, sometimes when I’m slowing gently almost to a stop, I get what I think is ABS activation: loudish fast pulsing sound (roughly five pulses/sec; almost a vibration) that I can feel in the brake pedal. I FIRST NOTICED SEVERE VIBRATION WHEN GOING ON HIGHWAY, I APPLIED BRAKE AND THE ENTIRE FRONT END STARTED TO VIBRATE. THE CAR ONLY HAS AROUND 16,000 MILES AND ITS 2018 MODEL. BAD ROTOR IS CAUSING THIS TO SHAKE. THIS ROTOR MUST HAVE COME FROM THE FACTORY DEFECTIVE. THE DEALER IS UNWILLING TO REPLACE IT. THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIR AROUND $300. Good evening. I got something I hope someone can help me out with. My son’s 2014 Jeep Patriot had the transmission replaced recently, and ever since there has been a noise that he hears whenever he starts to accelerate, when he slows to a stop, and whenever the transmission shifts. I have a 07 zap xebra truck. The seal at the rear of the master cylinder has given up and leaks fluid into the cab floor. I removed the maser cylinder and have disassembled. Problem is the there are no parts available for these guys. I’ve measured the rear seal and it is 20mm OD and 13mm ID. It has u shape profile. Where can I find such a seal? 2011 Honda Civic 1.8 AT sedan Recently I started to hear a clanky metal knock when driver-side front wheel rolls over indents (like manhole covers) in road at neighborhood speed going straight. So something sounds amiss related to the driver-side front wheel. Underneath, I noticed that control arm’s rubber bushing looked old and cracked.
