Suppose after 10 years I can fess up to a little bump. So many horsepowers so little talents. One second on the correct side of the road facing forwards, next second in the middle of the road facing backwards, then back to facing forwards but on the wrong side of the road with bits of the car (and the wall) behind me. Oops!!Nobody else involved, no injuries other than pride and nothing broken that couldn t be fixed. Infact, I took the opportunity to throw lots of upgrades at the car whilst it was away getting sorted. Pretty expensive insurance claim tho and (you might not believe this but ) on renewal my insurance premium went down by about £30!!

Corrado for me too...the first time I saw one in the showroom that was it, sadly I couldn't afford one they were more expensive than a Golf GTi 16v. A few years later they had just went out of production and I went looking for one...a year later I found exactly the car I wanted at a VAG main dealer, Corrado 16v, red, low miles...checking it over I discovered it was accident damaged, I was gutted.I never owned one...but I did promise myself if ever VW made another coupe I'd buy one, so I got a new Scirocco.
