Lots of people have joined solicitors firms to chase compo from manu for emission cheating. Some had cutoff some still open. No idea how much if any compo, or when likely, but very very unlikely to be anywhere near 9k.

Hello everyone.I keep seeing ad's on TV about compensation for anyone who owned or leased a diesel engined car between 2007 and 2021. I'm guessing this is something similar to PPI?My question is, has anyone had any experience of these claims and if so, what? Have you been successful? Any recommendations about how to go about claiming? Any other advice/comments?

2013 Honda Civic 배터리가 완전히 충전된 상태에서, 10분 정도의 짧은 주행만으로는 장기적으로 배터리가 천천히 방전될 수 있을까? 추운 날씨가 되고 있고 자주 운전하지 않는 상황에서, 편도 10분 운행을 2개월간 반복할 경우 배터리 충전이 충분할까?

I'm guessing this is something similar to PPI?My question is, has anyone had any experience of these claims and if so, what? Have you been successful? Any recommendations about how to go about claiming? Any other advice/comments?

배터리 교환

2008 파사트 배터리 방전 후 열쇠가 작동하지 않음. 키 포브 플라스틱 물리 열쇠로 차도 열리지 않음. 코트행거 시도했으나 도어 핸들 접근이 어려움.

디젤 트랙터가 장시간 방치 후 배터리가 방전되어 점프 스타터를 사용했으나 케이블을 역으로 연결함. 양극 단자에서 연기가 발생했고 점프 스타터가 소손됨. 배터리를 충전한 후 엔진은 잘 회전하지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 전기 시스템이 손상되었거나 극성이 역으로 되었을 가능성이 있는지 확인 필요.

2005 Chrysler Sebring - 점화 스위치를 ON 위치(ACC 모드 아님, 라디오와 파워윈도우 작동)에 놓으면 체크 엔진 경고등과 오일 압력 경고등이 켜짐. 엔진 시동 시 불이 꺼짐.

2005 Volvo S80에서 2016년 8월에 배터리를 교체한 후, 2017년 11월에 배터리 포스트와 터미널 클램프에 심각한 부식이 발생함. 터미널 클램프의 금속 도금층이 벗겨져 내부 구리가 노출됨.

AC 콘솔의 디스플레이와 노브가 작동하지 않음. 처음에는 시동 후 AC가 작동했으나, 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결한 후 AC가 켜지지 않고 AC 제어 노브가 모두 작동하지 않음.

2002 토요타 캠리, 배터리가 약 1주일 방치 시 천천히 방전됨. 배터리 분리 스위치 설치로 임시 해결. 왜 단락이 있으면 빠르게 방전되지 않고 천천히 방전되는지 의문.

배터리를 1-2주간 분리한 후 차량 재시동. 시작은 정상이지만 배터리 경고등이 점등됨. 배터리 단자를 청소한 후 경고등이 소등. 시동 직후 전압 12.8V에서 시작하여 천천히 13.2V → 13.5V → 13.8V로 상승. 충전 시스템 서비스 메시지 표시되지만 대시 표시 전압은 14V. 천천히 상승하는 전압이 무엇을 의미하는지 궁금함.

2021 Ford F150 하이브리드에서 '충전 시스템 서비스 필요' 메시지 표시. 배터리 교체 후에도 메시지가 계속 표시됨. 주행에는 문제없는 것으로 보임.

2012 닛산 알티마가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 시동 버튼을 눌러도 ON 위치에만 머물고 더 이상 진행되지 않음. 대시보드의 모든 경고등이 켜짐. 헤드라이트 스위치를 꺼도 헤드라이트가 계속 켜져 있음. 엔진룸 냉각팬이 계속 작동함. 시동이 ON 위치에 고착되어 꺼지지 않음. 전기 계통 문제로 보임.

2004년 가을에 새 차로 구매했고 지금까지 소유 중. 현재 19,000마일. 평생 실외에서 보관됨. 차로서는 별로 좋지 않지만 주차는 아주 잘됨.

차와 SUV의 중간 같은 외형(또는 큰 미국식 차량이라고 부르는 것)이며, 높이가 매우 높음. 흥미롭게도 본 적이 없는 차. 뒷모습이 Cars 영화의 GATOR를 연상시킴.

I know this is a pointless rant but I am beginning to feel as though I am the only sane person to drive on the roads in Oxfordshire and wanted to see if I was alone in this observation.In the good old days (I'm 39) most people would drive at a sensible speed. Every now and again you would meet a little old lady driving at 40mph but in general that was the exception rather than the norm. Fast forward to today and the norm is for me to be stuck behind people (of all ages, sex, race, and weight... before anybody tries to go there) doing 30mph in a well sighted 50 or 60.
