증상
2008 마즈다3 에어컨이 운전 10분 이상 지난 후 냉각 기능 상실. 냉시동 후 유휴 상태에서는 냉기 방출 가능하지만, 차가 워밍업된 후(유휴 중에도) 컴프레셔가 재작동하지 않음. 차가 식은 후 재시동하면 다시 냉기 방출됨. 냉매 저압 라인 압력 측정 결과 컴프레셔 작동 시 정상 냉매 압력 확인됨.
처리 내용
새로운 클러치 어셈블리를 구입하여 설치함. 써멀 센서(thermal sensor)는 컴프레셔 반대편에 위치하며 컴프레셔를 분해해야만 교체 가능하므로, 냉매를 전문점에서 배출해야 함. 컴프레셔 어셈블리를 제자리에 두고 새 클러치 어셈블리의 배선을 구 써멀 센서에 연결했으나 문제 해결 안 됨. 전문점 검사 결과 컴프레셔 전체 교체 필요(윤활유 누출, 마모된 실린더, 불량 밸브 등 원인 불명). 컴프레셔 교체는 DIY 가능하나 냉매 배출을 위해 전문점 방문 필수 → 차량 귀가 → 부품 교체 → 냉매 충전을 위해 다시 전문점 방문해야 함.

Been an expensive week so far. Monday was monies and quotes concerning day one of buying a house, plus it peed down with rain all day. Yesterday was a lovely sunny day so in order to save money and take the little 4 month old Mazda for a spin, I decided to return my wrong prescription glasses to the factory in Amersham by hand. Oh how I now regret that Funny thing is I'm normally naughty in the 2 seater but I didn't go crazy on that bit of the M3 from Sunbury to the M25 junction. Enjoyed sitting at the limit and then the 60mph limits, followed by the 40mph limits. A mile from the turning west

re. the refrigerant - If you take the car to Quik-Fit they will empty the system for free (probably best to ring first to check but I've done it on a few cars..). This is actually a requirement if you work on the AC system of a car as the gas is pretty nasty for you and the environment.Once that's done it's pretty simple, just nuts n bolts but do fit a replacement drier though if you're opening the system up.
