Yes. I had a Turbo GTi once, I failed with it unfortunately, it was a poor example so I deserved it. It disintegrated. The rusty sunroof killed it. I would have another go if one came up. The fuel injection was problematic with a dodgy mass air flow sensor too. Probably just that car. Metric tyres for the "Turbo" wheels were expensive.The CX I own now is very original and has covered about 65,000 miles from new. It shares space with an SM. The CX is a far simpler car. Both have been behaving themselves recently.The Leader had red highlighted panels on the seats.They had a grey dash, no A/C. Electric front windows.Mechanically, there is lots of room in the engine bay. The 2l engine was fitted to other PSA products and was well proven. 102 bhp in this application.At 1.2 tonnes the Leader moves pretty well. Some other models can be over 650 lbs heavier. Makes a big difference to how they drive. Our TRD estate needed ever ft/lb it could muster back in the 80's. Block porosity was the issue with those cars.
