2003 포드 포커스(약 200,000마일, 순정 알루미늄 휠)에 새 타이어 4개를 장착한 후 에어 누수 문제 발생. 장착 후 1주일 뒤 62마일 출근길에서 다른 타이어가 펑크되어 빠르게 공기가 빠짐. 주행 가능하지만 2회 이상 공기 주입 필요.

새 타이어 장착 후 약 1주일 뒤 장거리 주행 중 TPMS에서 저압 경고 발생. 특정 타이어에서 누기 확인되었으나 못이나 손상 부위를 발견할 수 없음. 34 PSI로 충압 후 약 20마일 주행하면 25 PSI로 감소하고, 이후 20~30마일마다 반복적으로 압력 저하 발생.

2009 Ford Focus SES에 장착된 215/45R17 Bridgestone Blizzak 겨울 타이어가 마모되어 교체 필요. 타이어샵에서 205/50R17 GTRadial Champiro로 교체를 제안했는데, 규격 변경이 문제가 없는지 확인 필요.

타이어 트레드 깊이 테스트를 수행할 때, 타이어가 적절히 공기 주입되어야 하는지? 타이어 공기 부족이 타이어 트레드 깊이 테스트 결과에 영향을 미치는가?

2011 Taurus SHO (AWD, 19인치 휠 장착) 사용자가 더 작은 휠로 변경을 고려 중. 큰 휠의 단점: 타이어 비용 높음, 승차감 딱딱함, 연비 저하 우려. 작은 휠의 장점: 타이어 비용 저렴, 더 높은 사이드월로 인한 승차감 개선.

타이어 내측 립(비드 안쪽의 추가 러버 부분, 비드 자체 제외)에 손상이 있음. 이미지에서 보이는 손상. 타이어는 공기를 정상적으로 유지하고 있음. 런플랫 타이어로 더 경직된 상태. 매년 타이어 장착/분리할 때 이런 손상이 일반적인지 묻는 상황.

점화 플러그 교환

LML 듀라맥스 엔진이 배기가스에서 심한 연기가 나고 미스파이어 발생. 실린더 8 관련 코드 표시. 실린더 8 인젝터, 연료 공급 튜브, 연료 필터 교체했으나 증상 지속. 스캐너에서 실린더 8 밸런스 레이트가 17 표시. 다른 실린더는 정상.

르노 캉고(2001-2010) 엔진룸에서 빨간 고무 캡이 덮인 장치 발견. 내부에 톱니 모양으로 맞물린 두 개의 금속판과 스프링이 있음. 펜처럼 느껴지며 누를 수만 있고 튀어나오지 않음. 모터 아래쪽으로 연결된 얇은 케이블이 다른 케이블들과 함께 연결되어 있음. 수동으로 재활성화할 수 있는 퓨즈나 안전 스위치로 추정됨.

역주행 중 언덕을 올라가며 후진했다가 드라이브로 변속한 후 엔진이 고착되었음. 스티어링과 브레이크 페달을 제어할 수 없었음. 시동도 걸리지 않음. 이전에 잠금 문제가 있었던 것으로 보임. 자동변속기 차량.

MOT 기록에서 근처쪽(좌측) 프론트 서스펜션 암의 뒷부분 부시가 본딩에서 벗겨지기 시작한다는 지적사항 발견. 이것이 실제로 무엇을 의미하는지, 직접 수리할 수 있는지 궁금함. 자전거를 조립한 경험은 있음.

새로 구입한 쇼크 업소버 한 쌍에서 피스톤 복원 속도가 다름. 같은 브랜드, 같은 스펙인데 한쪽 피스톤이 다른 쪽보다 빨리 돌아옴.

리어 위시본(코일 스프링 고정)이 액슬 부시에 연결되는 롱 볼트의 18mm 너트를 잃어버렸습니다. 같은 크기의 18mm 너트로 교체할 수 있는지, 아니면 정확한 부품 번호가 필요한지 알고 싶습니다. 이 조인트는 많은 하중을 받으므로 신중해야 합니다.

2001 F150의 현가장치 부품(상부 컨트롤 암, 볼 조인트, 하부 볼 조인트, 타이로드, 리크케이지 암 링크) 전체 교체 후 시속 50km 이상에서 포트홀이나 범프를 지날 때 심한 충격과 진동 발생

로어 볼 조인트를 프레스로 빼내려고 하는데 진행이 안 됨. 프레스 스크류가 볼 조인트 상단을 누르고 컨트롤 암을 아래에서 지지하는 올바른 배치를 사용 중이나, 어느 순간 스크류가 더 이상 돌아가지 않으며 볼 조인트가 움직이지 않음.
