2008 Toyota Matrix 에어컨 응축수 드레인 호스가 증발기 하우징에 연결되는 피팅 부분이 파손됨. 여름철 텍사스에서 에어컨 운전 불가능. 하우징에 곡면이 많고 평탄한 공간 부족. 승객석을 제거해야 접근 가능.

처리 내용

플라스틱 플레이트와 스파우트(spigot)를 제작하여 글루로 하우징에 부착하는 방식으로 수리. 수리 완료 후 원래 피팅을 파손시킨 원인(과도한 응력 등)을 반복하지 않도록 주의.
