목적지 도착 후 노킹 음 발생. 첫 점검 시 딥스틱에 오일 없음 - 5쿼트 주입 후 정상 작동했으나 다음 목적지에서 다시 노킹 발생. 그 이후에도 반복적으로 노킹 발생(매번 오일 있음). 노킹음은 주행 중에는 없고 감속할 때만 발생. 경고등 없음. 누유 흔적 없음. 배기가스에서 탄 오일 냄새 없음.

이 엔진용 러닝인(break-in) 오일로 무엇을 사용해야 합니까? 새로운 피스톤, 컨로드, 크랭크샤프트 및 베어링이 들어간 엔진이 방금 오버홀되었습니다.

엔진이 실행 중일 때 오일 캡을 제거하고 오일 필 홀에서 나오는 공기(블로우바이)의 양을 확인. 2020년식 코롤라에서 이전에 확인한 2000~2010년식 차량들보다 훨씬 강한 바람이 나옴. 렌탈카이므로 관리가 잘 안 되었을 가능성이 있지만, 저 마일리지의 코롤라가 이렇게 빠르게 엔진이 망가질 수 있는지 의문.

78 Nova, 350 엔진에 305 실린더 헤드 사용. 스톡 로커암 너트 교체 필요. 스톡 로커암을 롤러 로커암으로 업그레이드 고려 중 (+15hp 예상). 가이드 플레이트와 거들 필요 여부 및 스톡 로커암 비율(1.5 또는 1.6) 확인 필요.

엔진 시작 후에도 글로우 플러그가 계속 켜져 있는데, 이것이 정상인지? 초기 회전 수를 돕기 위해 글로우 플러그가 시동 후에도 작동해야 하는가?

1998년식 I6 4.0L 엔진, ~175,300마일 주행거리. 냉시동 후 몇 초 뒤부터 디젤 엔진 같은 소음 발생. 따뜻해지거나 주행/회전수 올리면 완전히 사라짐. 주로 단거리 주행(약 9마일, 시골길과 고속도로 번갈아). 블록 하단에서 가장 큼. 청진기로도 명확한 음원 파악 안됨. 시동 후부터 워밍업까지 발생. 망치로 단단한 금속을 때리는 것 같은 노킹음.

I bought a registration and haven’t assigned it to my own car so the retention document is still in the previous owner’s name. Can I sell the registration on without having assigned it to my own car or do I have to first get the registration in my name before selling it? Ideally I’d like to avoid the £80 fee.

Both my boys had a BB policy none of them had any issues in their first year. I treated it like a learning year and they had to stick to the rules as they gained the essential experience. I didn’t want the “youth” pressure of having mates in cars and doing stuff that we all got away with on the roads these days.After that first year their renewals dropped well below the BB policy price, I thought it was worth it for the peace of mind and value.
