증상
에어컨 풍속이 4단계로 조절되지만 에어컨 작동 여부와 상관없이 풍속에 영향을 받지 않음. 온도를 최저로 설정해도 에어컨 작동 시와 미작동 시 온도 차이가 거의 없음. 풍속 3단계와 4단계 사이에도 체감 온도 차이가 거의 없어서 창문을 여는 것이 더 효율적일 정도. 에어컨을 최대 냉각으로 설정해도 문제가 지속됨.
처리 내용
이는 정상이 아님. 에어컨을 최저 온도로 설정하면 찬바람이 나와야 함. 근본 원인은 추측만 가능하지만 에어컨 시스템 점검이 필요해 보임. 냉매 충전 부족일 수도 있고, 컴프레서 고장 같은 큰 문제일 수도 있음. 에어컨 서비스는 일반적으로 DIY 정비 항목이 아님. 시스템은 가압 상태이며 냉매는 대기 중으로 방출되면 안 됨. 적절한 서비스 장비를 갖추고 있다면 이미 해결 방법을 알고 있을 것으로 예상됨. 전문 에어컨 정비소 방문 권장.
