1997 Chevy C2500 5.7L에서 새 AC 컴프레서, AC 응축기, AC 매니폴드 호스(흡입/토출)를 장착하고 진공 및 충전 후 45분간 매우 차가운 냉풍이 나오다가 컴프레서 클러치가 끊김. 클러치가 멈췄을 때 저압 게이지 ~40psi, 고압 게이지 ~245psi, 외부 온도 약 95°F. 처음 45분 동안 컴프레서는 계속 작동.

A week ago I wasn't looking for a new car!This one came about after needing to borrow a horse trailer last weekend as my wife hadn't renewed the insurance on the lorry (a '95 iveco 7.5t so a bit of an old sl*g) and I bet her she'd wish she had a trailer again.. I won the bet! But as there's now three jockeys in the household we "need" a huge trailer! So after 10+ years around these parts I thought it was about time for a Readers’ Cars thread!Before though, I’ll quickly share a couple of highlights from the interim (I am an MR2 man at heart!):AndGod I loved them Turbos. The first met its end in a fiery mess on the M1, the second (in the amazing Dark Emerald Pearl), I am still in touch with the buyer some 7 years later! Dread to think how much it would cost to pry it back now So onto my 130 LE - I know these cars are held in quite fond regard around these parts. Hi all.I used to work as an IT contractor for JLR, which was my first real exposure to how OEMs work.That being said, I regret not being able to use my time more wisely there, in terms of learning more about how OEMs operate.I have a few questions if anyone wouldn't mind answering some of them: How many dealerships are still OEM-owned versus franchised? https://www.am-online.com/AM100/ gives me the largest franchised dealer groups, but how many can sell D2C? Reading https://www.bcg.com/publications/2023/shifting-to-... suggests that, in the age of online, it is only the MSRP that matters now.

Great thread! I love my 130i - it's a great on road package.I got a thinner BMW steering wheel which improved feel by a fair bit. Picked up a set of 17" Style 304s as I find the ride a bit tough at town speeds. Will be fitting some new tyres next week - more Assymetric 6s Next job will be the sound and a remap as mine is completely standard in that respect.It is a do-it-all car. Tracks, skidpans, road trips, school runs etc. It laps it all up and given it's an old BMW, no one pays it any attention whatsoever.
