정비 사례

76세 고객이 2000년형 지프 그랜드 체로키를 중고차 매매점에서 구입. 6개월간 1,800마일 주행. 어제 계기판에 'check gauges' 경고등 점등. 엔진 아래에서 '타닥타닥' 소음 발생. 마지막 오일 교환 기록은 166,000마일 시점이며, 현재 주행거리도 거의 동일. 구입 후 오일 교환을 하지 않음.

2003 Opel Meriva에서 가솔린 50%/E85 50% 혼합 연료 사용 후 엔진오일 소비량 증가. 현재 약 1L/2500km 소비 중 (이전보다 2배 이상 증가한 것으로 추정). 엔진 경고등은 미점등 상태.

엔진오일 교환

2002 혼다 시빅 1.7L - 엔진음이 저음역대로 변함. 공회전 중 난방을 켜면 차 내부에서 휘발유 냄새 발생. 최근 캠핑 후 연료 주입구 패널이 강제로 열려 있었음 (캡은 그대로). 연료 손실은 없는 것 같음. 냄새는 차 전면에서 나오는 것으로 추정. 공기 재순환 모드 사용 시 실내 냄새 없음.

시동 걸릴 때 여러 번 꺼짐, 결국 시작 불가 상태 발생. 연료펌프 컨트롤 릴레이를 점퍼선으로 우회했을 때 시동이 걸림.

Looks to make a fantastic second car for those living in towns and cities. Love the styling, price point, weight, performance is adequate and will probably feel better than the numbers suggest. Range isn’t too bad but could be better and won’t matter for city drivers who don t cover many miles and can charge at home.More of this kind of car please. 에어필터 교환

2500rpm에서만 배출가스 부적합 (CO 0.5~0.6, Lambda 1.04~1.05). 엔진이 동시에 농혼(rich)과 박혼(lean) 상태인 것처럼 보임. 배기 누수 의심했으나 확인 결과 없음. 에어필터 교체, MAF 센서 교체(BOSCH OEM, 정상 작동). OBD2 스캐너로 O2 센서와 공연비 센서 테스트 결과 정상 작동 확인.

후방 AC 팬 모터가 너무 시끄러워서 교체 예정. 시스템 배출 후 새 냉매로 교체하려는 중. 재활용 탱크의 냉매가 공기 혼입으로 오염되었을 것으로 의심. 이전 작업에서 매니폴드 퀵 커넥터의 O링이 누수되어 있었는데 발견하지 못함. 배출 시간이 오래 걸려서 누수 발견. 커넥터 테스트 결과 누수 확인되었고 이전 작업 중 많은 양의 공기가 빨려 들어간 것으로 추정.

'04 Dodge Stratus SE 2.7L V6용 에어컨 컴프레셀 타입을 구분해야 함. 부품 검색 시 두 가지 옵션이 나타남: SE -- V6 - 2.7L vin R 167ci 2700cc type EER - MFI GAS DOHC vs SE -- V6 - 2.7L vin T 167ci 2700cc - MFI FLEX DOHC

로더(로더기)에서 냉각수가 손실되고 있으며, 손실 위치를 찾을 수 없음. 약 80시간마다 약 1갤론(3.8리터)의 냉각수를 추가해야 함. 크랭크케이스 환기 파이프 아래에 12oz 캐치캔이 설치되어 있음.
