Glad you're ok, and a warm welcome to the 'Small car vs Mercedes 4x4' club. Membership is now 2 of us . I was in my Smart Fortwo and got rear ended by a Mercedes ML. Hopefully the Twizy is fixable.

(The crash I had in '25 was exactly this scenario!).Which is the reason why I gave my Twizy a nice contrast color scheme yesterday: (I got a roll of remaining stock of orange gloss car foil on the cheap): The foil was non-stretch so I had to apply it in small pieces instead of larger parts. A lack of talent, experience and patience resulted in a so-lala job, but from a few meteres away it looks fine. - Btw, this is delibertaly the same white/orange livery of most swiss police cars (google it), with this im banking on the swiss drivers' innate break reflex as soon as he or she notices that specific color scheme. And it works: Now people wait and let me have my right of way, but then i can see them smiling in my mirrors when I actually go like a stabbed rat infront of them. Result. But this is also the reason why I did only the right side door frame. (In Switzerland we drive on ze otzher sidze of ze road, jawohl) because the warning effect is only needed on that side, and I don't want to get to a point where I'm actually mistaken for a rozzer apart from the first glance. My neighbour had the 2.4 5 pot in her Fiat something or other estate. Sounded very nice, Audi Quattro-ish.She was the quintessential Hyasyth Bucket type. Later she bought a Smart and kept telling me it was made by Mercedes 'don't you know'.
