2 years, 44'000km (27'400mi), and a lot of fun... and now this:My right of way was taken from me today, and so out of 50km/h (31mph) I went straight into a wall of Mercedes SUV: KABOOM!It all happend so sudden and unexpected, there was only a split second, but I still managed to step on the brakes for a moment, resulting in short but decent black lines:A rather idyllic place to have a accident I must say, right infront of the border between Switzerland and Austria, still on swiss territory, with a gaggle of swiss border patrol cops handy to immediately take over the scene: The lady in the Mercedes got impatient with waiting and simply only looked to her left before she quickly drove off the line, while I was only a few meters away, coming in hot, with the now known result:Fortunately no one was injured, not the lady and her toddler in the child seat, and neither was I. The little one was happy throughout, the lady was in tears at first but was ok later as soon as she saw that I was fine, and my only souvenir is a rather colorful patch on my neck, where the belt was digging in. Phew! - Mainly a blessing in disguise however was the fact that I crashed the Twizy dab straight into her front wheel, which was turned to the left, so the only real point of impact was my front and the rubber of her tire. Hence her left front wheel got the full force, and was now permanently fixed in a unnatural position. Nothing worked at all anymore, no rolling and no steering. Therefore note the grinding track when the police pulled her vehicle off the road.The Twizy on the other hand did surprisingly well in battle. Of course you can only make a definitive statement after the appraisal in the garage, but the little one still could be operated without problems. Granted, at first it refused to start because of the lack of pressure on the charching flap sensor because the flap broke off, but a friendly customs officer walked next to the Twizy and pressed on the sensor with a wooden slat whil
