증상
21년식 미니 R53 차량의 후면 서브프레임과 배기 장치 상태 점검. 배기 파이프가 철선으로만 연결되어 있는 상태, 엔진 오일 누유 발생. 후면 플로어 패널에 녹이 심하고 언더씰이 없는 상태. 연료탱크 위쪽 드라이버측에 녹구멍 발생, 승객측 풋웰 킥 패널이 심하게 부식됨.
처리 내용
배기장치 및 서브프레임 제거 후 연료탱크 해체. 후면 플로어 패널 표면 녹을 드릴의 와이어 브러시와 그라인더의 플랩 디스크를 이용하여 제거. BMW 정품 후면 플로어 패널 입수 시도 (현재 독일에서 공급 예정 없음). 안전벨트 앵커 포인트 주변은 양호하나 연료탱크 위쪽 구멍과 승객측 킥 패널 부식 부위는 교체 필요. 현재 진행 중인 상태로 프로젝트 진행 중.

BMW 318 TDS 가솔유 연료펌프(프리펌프)가 밀폐된 연료탱크 내부에 장착되어 있고, 12V 전기가 공급되는 소형 모터를 포함하고 있습니다. 모터 내부에서 스파크가 발생할 수 있고, 연료탱크 내에 공기가 있으면 폭발할 위험이 있는데 어떻게 폭발 위험 없이 작동하는지 이해가 안 됨. (주유 시 휴대전화 사용을 금지하는 것과의 모순)

Whilst scrolling through Facebook market place (please don't judge me!) I discovered this Riley 1.5, a car I know very little about and thought it had a charm about it that I liked.
