증상
자동차에서 지속적인 과다 연료 분사 고장코드 P0172 발생. 차량 워밍업 시에는 연료 분사가 정상이지만 람다(산소센서) 회로가 활성화되면서 과다 연료 분사 상태로 급격히 변함.
처리 내용
광범위한 부품 교체 수행 (코일, 맵센서, 인젝터, 람다센서 등). 멀티미터로 기준 전압(5V 회로) 테스트 완료 - 정상. ECU 불량으로 판단하여 동일한 부품번호/하드웨어번호/소프트웨어번호의 중고 ECU 입수. 원래 ECU와 새 ECU의 임모빌라이저 칩(8핀 93C86WP, 약 5mm 크기)을 교체하여 클론 작업 수행 - 성공적으로 시동 및 운행 확인. 다음 단계로 약 30kg의 메인 하네스(배선 묶음) 교체 예정.

Been an expensive week so far. Monday was monies and quotes concerning day one of buying a house, plus it peed down with rain all day. Yesterday was a lovely sunny day so in order to save money and take the little 4 month old Mazda for a spin, I decided to return my wrong prescription glasses to the factory in Amersham by hand. Oh how I now regret that Funny thing is I'm normally naughty in the 2 seater but I didn't go crazy on that bit of the M3 from Sunbury to the M25 junction. Enjoyed sitting at the limit and then the 60mph limits, followed by the 40mph limits. A mile from the turning west
