증상
635CSi 수동 변속기(dog leg), LSD 장착 차량. 광범위한 녹슬음 문제. 이전 소유자들이 차량 상태에 놀라 판매. 내부 윙은 상태가 양호하나 내부 실(inner sill)에 심각한 녹슬음. 이전 수리에서 용접 대신 접착제로 강철 패널을 붙인 부실 수리 발견. 바닥판(floor) 상태 매우 악화.
처리 내용
차량 분해 시작하여 녹슬음 범위 파악. 내부 실의 접착식 수리 부분을 모두 제거 필요. 방음재 제거하여 바닥판 상태 점검. 바닥판 교체 필요. 백로드 성능 차량 제작 목표에 맞게 불필요한 내장재 제거 진행 중 (도어카드, 카펫 등 최소화). 부실 수리 부분은 적절한 용접 방식으로 재시공 필요. 내부 윙 양호한 상태 유지.

Mr Tidy said: When they came out I thought the E61 looked far less offensive than the E60, but with time I'm coming round to both of them. Maybe latest BMW models are a factor too! I suspect an Auto 525i isn't going to be a ball of fire - probably why I replaced my 325i with a 330i after just a year - but if you got a year out of it for that money it's a decent Shed. Although with new injectors costing over £500 each and potential HPFP issues maybe it's a Brave Pill as much as a Shed! The first E6*s had the M54 and then the N52 so one of those would be a safer bet, even if it cost a bit more.

BMW 520d Touring F11 (2014년식) 운전석 좌측 헤드라이트에 지속적인 습기가 찬다. Angel Eye 사양의 헤드라이트이며, 교체 필요.
In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.
