증상
635CSi 수동 변속기(도그렉), LSD 장착 차량. 광범위한 녹 발생. 이전 소유자들이 포기한 프로젝트 차량. 내부 실(inner sill) 부분에 불법적으로 접착제로 붙인 강철 패널 발견 - 용접이 아닌 글루잉으로 수리된 상태. 바닥판(floor pan) 상태 불량. 내부 펜더(inner wing)는 양호하나 전반적으로 광범위한 부식 발생.
처리 내용
완전 해체 검사 수행. 내부 실 부분의 부실 시공된 접착식 수리 패널 전면 제거 및 교체 필요. 바닥판 손상 부위 파악을 위해 모든 제음재 제거. 내부 실은 적절한 용접으로 새로운 강철 섹션 설치 필요. 바닥판 부식 부위도 용접 수리 또는 패널 교체 필요. 경량화 프로젝트 진행 중이므로 필요한 구조부 외 트림 제거 병행.

BMW 318 TDS 가솔유 연료펌프(프리펌프)가 밀폐된 연료탱크 내부에 장착되어 있고, 12V 전기가 공급되는 소형 모터를 포함하고 있습니다. 모터 내부에서 스파크가 발생할 수 있고, 연료탱크 내에 공기가 있으면 폭발할 위험이 있는데 어떻게 폭발 위험 없이 작동하는지 이해가 안 됨. (주유 시 휴대전화 사용을 금지하는 것과의 모순)

Whilst scrolling through Facebook market place (please don't judge me!) I discovered this Riley 1.5, a car I know very little about and thought it had a charm about it that I liked.
