I was seriously considering a 996 turbo a quite a few years ago, when a decent one was around £30k. After a ride in a modified car I knew there was hardly anywhere local that I could really use the performance. And as I don't do track days, there was wasn't much point in owning one, just to give it a brief thrash occasionally. I then got another grey convertible before switching jobs where I was give a BMW company car until I could opt out and take a car allowance and then I got myself my own SaabThis was my third, a 93 V6 Aero Sportwagon.
