배터리 교환

2013 혼다 CR-V가 가끔 시동이 안 걸림. 크랭킹은 잘 되지만 실제 시동이 안 걸림. 시동을 걸려고 하지 않으면 전자장치와 다른 모든 것이 정상 작동. 점프 스타트 시도 중 양극 터미널에 부식 발견. 점프 스타트할 때는 보통 잘 시동됨. 배터리 테스트 결과 배터리는 정상이라고 함. 양극 리드를 위치 조정하면 시동이 걸리는 경우도 있음.

클러치를 밟지 않고도 중립(니ュート럴)으로 변속되는 경우가 있음. 이것이 변속기에 더 많은 마모를 유발하는가?

타이어 상태 불량 (논-RFT, 접지력 부족), 얼로이 휠 업그레이드 검토 (R53 2006년식 OEM 옵션), 타이어/휠 가격 대안 검토

2007 Camry 수동변속기 (호주 수출, 아랍만 지역용). 엔진이 때때로 500rpm으로 떨어진 후 정지되거나 1500rpm으로 올라가서 정상 유휴속도(1000rpm)로 돌아오지 않음. 연비가 13L/100km로 증가(이전 9L/100km). 공기 흡입구의 패들/플랩 제어 부분을 청소하고 연료 탱크에 분사기 세정제를 첨가한 후 일시적으로 개선됨.

23년된 에어컨 배리어 호스를 알루미늄 라인에서 제거하려고 함. 크림프 페룰을 분리하고 제거했지만 호스가 바브 피팅에 고착됨. 호스를 회전시킬 수는 있지만 당겨서 빼낼 수 없음. 나이프로 호스를 절단하려고 시도했지만 완전히 자르기 어려움. 피팅을 손상시켜 밀폐성을 해칠까봐 고출력 공구는 사용하고 싶지 않음.

1주일간 문제가 되던 볼보 차량, 시동 불가 상태로 견인 입고. 크랭킹은 정상. 고객이 디스트리뷰터를 교체했으며, 과거에도 점화 불량 문제로 여러 번 디스트리뷰터를 교체한 기록 있음. 배선도 임의로 손상되어 수리함.

머플러 교환

다른 정비소에서 해결하지 못해 가져온 차량. 해당 정비소에서 새 머플러와 테일 파이프를 설치하고 용접 후 시동이 안 걸리고 경보음이 꺼지지 않음. 코드를 스캔했는데 CAN 네트워크의 절반이 응답하지 않는 증상 발생.
