수동변속기는 플라이휠(flywheel)을, 자동변속기는 플렉스플레이트(flexplate)를 통해 엔진의 토크를 변속기에 전달한다는 것을 이해하고 있습니다. 변속기가 현재 차량 움직임에 맞는 기어로 입력 토크를 변환한다는 것도 알고 있습니다. 변속기에서 처리된 토크 출력이 최종적으로 바퀴에 동력을 전달하는 디퍼렌셜에 어떻게 전달되는지 이해가 되지 않습니다.

듀얼 클러치 트랜스미션(DCT)의 작동 원리 이해 - 수동 변속기처럼 두 개의 작은 수동 변속기(홀수 기어용, 짝수 기어용)로 구성되어 있으며, 두 개의 클러치가 있음. 기어 변속 시 슬리브가 목표 기어로 이동하는데, 기어 속도 차이로 인해 싱크로나이저 콘이 목표 기어의 속도와 일치시키기 위해 작동하고 슬리브가 완전히 슬라이드됨.

브레이크 패드 교환

브레이크가 부드럽고 스펀지 같은 느낌이 들며, 페달을 많이 밀어야 제동력이 작동함. 제동 시 약한 ABS 펄싱 느낌이 발생. 브레이크 패드의 마모 상태를 정확히 판단하기 어려움.

2013 VW Jetta TDI 후륜 브레이크 패드와 로터 교체 중 로터 페이스의 세트 스크류/정렬 스크류 타입 불명확. 6포인트 헤드로 토르크스로 추정되나 T25는 너무 작고 T27은 너무 큼. VW 서비스에서는 T30이라고 하지만 T27이 이미 너무 비대함.

브레이크 패드를 교체한 후에도 앞 브레이크에서 검은 가루가 계속 나오고 연기가 나는 증상. 짧은 거리 주행 후에도 림에 검은 가루가 보임.

브레이크 페달을 밟으면 소음이 사라지고, 페달을 놓으면 소음이 다시 크게 들렸다가 서서히 사라집니다. 볼보 V50 2005년식 160,000km 2.0D 디젤입니다.

2008 크라이슬러 세브링 컨버터블의 브레이크 패드와 앞 로터 교체 후 지속적인 짹짹거리는 음성 발생. 브레이크 적용 시 더 큰 짹짹거림. 사우스 플로리다 해안 인근 지역에 위치하며 연간 주행거리 3,000마일 미만. 로터 표면의 얇은 녹이 원인으로 의심되나 주행 후에도 음성이 계속 발생함.

2001 Dodge Ram 1500의 스티어링이 매우 헐거움. 스티어링 휠을 거의 반바퀴 정도 돌려야 실제로 방향이 바뀜. 브레이크를 밟으면 스티어링이 팽팽해지고 파워 스티어링이 끊긴 것처럼 느껴짐.

94 아쿠라 인테그라 AT - 작년에 배출가스 테스트 겨우 통과, 올해 불통과. 지난 1년 반 동안 연비가 약 30mpg에서 15mpg로 급감. 가끔 유휴 중 아무 이유 없이 시동 꺼짐. 시동 시 과도한 연료 분사로 인해 엔진 진동 및 불규칙한 공회전 발생. 가끔 10초 이상 걸려서 시동됨. 이미 교체한 부품: 촉매변환기, 스파크 플러그, 플러그 코드

Troy Bilt 제설기 (Tecumseh 엔진)가 시동은 잘 걸리고 처음에는 잘 돌아가지만, 이유 없이 꺼집니다. 유휴 상태(부하 없음)에서는 무한정 정상 작동하지만, 오거 또는 휠 드라이브에 부하를 걸었다가 멈춘 후 5-10초 후에 엔진이 꺼집니다. 스파크 플러그 교체, 캐브레터 분해 및 청소, 제트 청소를 했으나 문제 지속. 엔진이 꺼지려 할 때 프라이머를 펌프하면 시동이 걸려 잠시 정상 작동하다가 다시 꺼집니다.

Can’t think of a better looking car with 4 usable seats. Hopefully the exhaust note is improved and they offer some good deals to actually sell some more this time.
