증상
브리지에서 뒷 브레이크 라인이 리어 엑슬 부근에서 누유되어 브레이크 액이 모두 배출되었습니다. 앞뒤 브레이크가 별도의 유압 시스템으로 분리되어 있지 않은 이유가 궁금합니다. 1997년형 2.3L 포드 레인저입니다.
처리 내용
자동차의 연식과 제조사에 따라 다릅니다 - 듀얼 서킷 브레이크 시스템은 수십 년 전부터 적용되어 있습니다(Range Rover가 여러 상을 받은 브레이크 시스템의 예입니다). 스플릿 시스템을 인식하는 한 가지 방법은 마스터 실린더에서 나가는 브레이크 파이프의 개수입니다: 매우 오래된 시스템은 5웨이 접속점으로 가는 파이프 하나를 가지고 있었습니다. 스플릿 시스템은 3~4개를 가지고 있습니다 - 앞바퀴용 2개와 뒷바퀴용 1~2개입니다. 또한 디스크 브레이크의 다중 실린더는 앞쪽 파이프가 양쪽으로 갈 수 있다는 의미입니다. 이 모드는 가능합니다 - 예전에 랜드로버에서 유사한 모드를 했으므로, 적절한 마스터 실린더를 구하고 배관을 정리하면 됩니다.

1998 포드 레인저 2.5 수동변속기, 시동 안 걸림. 스캐너에 RPM 신호 없음. 피코 스코프로 크랭크 센서와 캠 센서 확인했는데 완벽하고 타이밍도 맞음. 크랭크 센서 AC 낮은 피크가 갭 전에 나타나고 높은 피크가 #1 실린더 신호하는 것 알고 있음
포드 레인저의 외기 흡입 모드에서 외부 기온이나 온도 설정과 관계없이 뜨거운 바람만 나옴. 최대 냉방(Max AC) 모드에서 내기 순환으로 전환하면 찬바람이 나오지만, 일반 냉방(외기 흡입)은 사우나처럼 뜨거움. 냉매와 퓨즈는 정상 확인됨.
2008 포드 레인저 앞 브레이크가 심하게 걸림. 특히 고속도로에서 급제동할 때 심함. 로터와 패드 교체 후 한 달간 정상이었다가 다시 발생. 로터 연마 후에도 반복됨.
