변속기 오일 교환

포드 피에스타 1.4 디젤 클러치 교체 후 약 1주일 뒤 발생. 고속도로에서 5단에서 4단으로 감속 중 심한 기계음 발생. 이후 5단 기어 진입은 되지만 액셀을 밟으면 뉴트럴처럼 작동하여 차량이 움직이지 않고 엔진만 고회전됨.

디젤 엔진을 수동변속기로 다운시프트하여 레드라인(약 4500 RPM) 이상으로 오버레브(약 5500 RPM)할 경우 어떻게 되는가? 엔진 관리 시스템이 과속 조건을 감지하고 디젤 연료 분사를 차단하면 연소가 일어나지 않는데, 디젤 엔진이 낮은 레드라인을 갖는 이유가 더 이상 유효하지 않은 것처럼 보임

4단 기어(업/다운)에서 항상 기어음(grinding) 발생, RPM 관계없음. 5단, 6단(업만)에서 높은 RPM에서 간헐적 기어음 발생. 최근 클러치 교체됨(자체 교체). 클러치 페달이 평소보다 경직됨.

사고 차량 점검

2011년형 토요타 오리스 하이브리드에서 수일간 방치 후 시동이 걸리지 않는 현상 발생. READY 램프가 시작 버튼 누른 후 10초 이상 켜지지 않음. 정상 작동 시에는 수 초 내에 READY 램프가 점등됨. 이 문제는 불규칙하게 발생하며 장시간 유휴 상태 후에만 나타남.

기어스틱이 없는 것으로 보임 (자동변속기 또는 패들 시프트 방식). 브레이크 블리드 니플이 손상되고 녹슬어있음. 열쇠 코딩 문제. ASM (자동 순차 수동변속기/스포츠시프트) 파이프에서 누유 발생 - 저압 공급 및 복귀 라인 연결부의 러버 호스가 분할/누수됨.

I am interested in buying plastic ones. For example, I'd like to know whether I should get the "regular" caps or special ones with the word TPMS in the product title. If we look at the two kinds of caps that are sold by a vendor, the bottom one is the TPMS pack and it also costs more. Thank you.

2008 Fiat 500 1.2 Pop - 좌측 전면 충돌 후 차량이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 운전석 에어백, 운전석 무릎 에어백, 동승석 에어백 3개가 전개됨. 정비사가 좌측 전면 에어백 센서 교체 없이는 시동 불가 및 진단 불가라고 설명. 차량이 모든 에어백 감지를 요구하며 시동 거부. 임시로 저항을 장착하여 에어백 시스템을 속이려는 시도 중.

신호등 기둥에 가벼운 충돌 후 자동변속기의 크리핑(Creep) 현상이 약해짐. 충돌 전에는 액셀을 밟지 않아도 Drive나 Reverse 상태에서 정상적으로 천천히 전진/후진했으나, 충돌 후에는 거의 움직이지 않음. 좌측 헤드라이트 부근의 경미한 도장 손상만 있음.

머플러 교환

I did the backbox delete on my M5 and the noise was heavenly. The only downside was you lost the intake noise as the exhaust was that much louder. I've heard a bunch of aftermarket exhausts and for me, the delete is the best sounding and also the cheapest.

타이어가 심하게 마모되었고 펑크가 났으며, 현재 타이어 사이즈(195/60 R16)의 재고가 없어서 205/60 R16으로 변경하려는 중. 스피드미터 오차는 알고 있으나 엔진 마모, 연비 등 다른 영향이 있는지 확인 필요.

브레이크 패드 교환

2006 혼다 시빅 1.8L에서 브레이크 적용 시 VSA(차량 안정성 보조) 및 ABS 경고등 점등. 제동력 부족 및 진동(저더링)과 금속 마찰음 발생. 브레이크 패드 교체 후에도 증상이 점진적으로 악화 중. 기존 패드는 여전히 두꺼운 상태였음.

2006 쉐보레 콜볼트 SS의 프론트 우측 휠 베어링/허브 교체 후 주행 중 클릭음 발생. 브레이크 밟으면 멈춤. 우측으로 회전시 음량 증가. 브레이크 성능 약화.

점화 플러그 교환

2000 Ford Windstar 3.8L V6, 166,000km. 간헐적 헤시테이션(hesitation), 체크 엔진 라이트 점등. 코드: P0305 (실린더 5 미스파이어). 스파크 플러그 #5는 새 것이나 갈색 변색, 나머지 5개는 핑크색. 갭 간격이 높은 쪽(50대 후반, 정상은 50대 중반).

98 Saturn SW2가 시동은 잘 걸리지만 브레이크를 밟아서 파크에서 나가려고 하면 엔진이 꺼짐. 브레이크를 밟을 때 대시 라이트가 켜짐. 스파크 플러그, 스파크 플러그 와이어, 밸브 커버 가스켓, 아이들 에어 컨트롤 밸브를 교체했음에도 계속 발생. 40-55 mph에서 드라이브로 진입할 때 차가 조금 떨림. 브레이크 퓨즈를 빼고 엔진이 켜진 상태에서 브레이크를 밟으면 엔진이 꺼지지 않음.

쇼크업소버 교환

109K 마일. 고속도로에서 부하 시 흔들림 발생. 가파른 오르막길에서 액셀을 밟을 때 진동. 스트럿, 쇼크 교체 및 4개 타이어 교체 후에도 여전히 발생. 2시간 주행 후 심한 진동. 바닥과 스티어링 휠에서 느껴지는 진동.

브레이크 패드 교환

2015 쉐보레 서버번 1500 LTZ 4WD 스태빌리트랙 브레이크 블리딩 중 전륜은 빠르게 배출되지만 후륜이 배출되지 않음. 스틸 브레이드 브레이크 라인과 리어 액슬의 스태빌리트랙 라인을 모두 교체함. 마스터 실린더에서 가장 먼 곳부터 가장 가까운 곳 순서로 진행함.
