2006 혼다 시빅 에어컨이 시동 후 15~20분은 잘 작동하다가 클러치가 자주 맺혔다 풀렸다 반복하고, 약 10분 후 완전히 풀림. 드라이버나 지렛대로 클러치를 톡 치면 다시 맺힘. 릴레이는 정상.
처리 내용
온도에 따라 저항이 증가하는 약한 클러치 코일 가능성 있음. 클러치 갭 정상 범위 확인 필요(2006 시빅 기준 0.014~0.026인치). 클러치 접촉면의 녹 제거 및 로터 아래 와셔 시임 제거/교체로 갭 조정 가능. 장기적으로는 클러치 코일이 약하면 교체 필요. 클러치 접촉면 마모로 갭이 너무 클 수도 있으나, 온도 의존적이지 않음. 전기 연결부 청결 및 조임 상태 확인. 냉매 부족도 가능성 있음 - 저압 스위치가 시스템 차단 후 고저압 균형으로 다시 닫힘. 단, 온도 의존적이지 않고 클러치 톡 치기로 복구되지 않는 경향.

For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car.
