브레이크 패드 교환

2013 혼다 어코드, 6만km, 기본 엔진(V6 아님). 지난 2주간 발생. 콜드 스타트 후에만 발생 - 주로 아침(야외 주차 12시간 이상, 기온 50-60도) 또는 저녁(직장 주차장 9시간 이상, 기온 약 70도). 감속(브레이킹) 시 그리고 드물게 정차/가속 시작 시 차량 앞부분에서 이상한 소음 발생. 브레이크가 문지르는 듯한 음성.

브레이크 패드와 로터를 점검했지만 멀쩡한 상태. 갈리는 소음이 점점 커지고 있음. 정비사는 브레이크 더스트일 수 있다고 함.

2018 포드 에코스포트(3기통 자동변속기, 토크 컨버터식)에서 D 레인지로 브레이크를 밟을 때 지속적인 약한 진동 발생. R 레인지에서는 진동이 약하고, P/N에서는 진동 없음. 주행거리 27,000km.

휠에 럭 너트가 보이지 않음. 타이어 교체 방법 불명확.

2001년형 토요타 캠리 4기통. 알루미늄 합금 휠에 DUNLOP 타이어(44 PSI 등급) 장착. 2,900마일 전에 타이어 압력을 마지막으로 확인했을 때, 한 타이어에 스테이플이 박혀있어 펑크가 발생했고 수리 후 공기를 채웠음. 현재 타이어 압력: 앞좌 30.5 PSI, 앞우 20.5 PSI, 뒷우 10.5 PSI. 한 타이어가 특히 공기가 빠진 상태.

The front tyres on my car (Pirelli Cinturato P6) have the following DOT code (emphasis mine) DOT 93 E0 M061 What does "M061" mean? It doesn't seem to tell me the date of manufacture as should be expected from the last 4 digits for tyres made after 2000. How do I tell when they were made? I don't remember when these tyres were fitted, but the (front wheel drive) car was manufactured in 2012 and I've had the car since 2013. 직진에서 후진으로 변경할 때(또는 그 반대) 좌측 프론트 브레이크 근처에서 클릭음이 발생합니다. 차량을 몇 초 동안 주행한 후 브레이크를 밟으면 한 번의 클릭음이 나타난 후 정상으로 돌아옵니다. 직진에서 후진으로 변경한 후 몇 분 동안 주행한 다음 브레이크를 밟으면 클릭음이 발생하지 않습니다. 브레이크와 패드는 작년에 교환했습니다.

2005 혼다 CRV (RD7), 주행거리 190,000km. 지난 10,000km 동안 뒤쪽에서 윙윙거리는 소음이 발생하여 점점 심해지고 있음. 소음 특성: 시속 60km/h 부근에서 들리기 시작, 70km/h에서 최고조, 80km/h 이상에서 다소 감소, 뒤에 승객이 탈 경우 더 심함, 실내를 가득 채우는 큰 윙윙거림, 특정 리듬 없음, 회전 시 악화 여부 불명확. 약 20,000km 전에 새 타이어 장착.

기아 리오 뒷타이어에 손상 발견. 손상 정도가 심하지 않아 보이지만 교체 필요 여부 불확실

06 Pontiac G6의 브레이크 페달이 평소보다 무거워짐. 리어 로터와 패드 교체, 컨트롤 암 교체 후 증상 시작. 도시 주행 처음 10~15분은 정상이지만 제동 중 범프를 지나면 ABS가 작동하는 느낌. 핸드브레이크가 쉽게 올라가지만 완만한 경사에서 제동력 거의 없음.

2010 GMC Canyon에서 시동 직후 기어에 넣을 때 브레이크가 풀리지 않으며, 가속하면 팝 소리와 함께 풀림. 처음 2-3번 시동 후 증상 완화되고 차량 워밍업 후 호전됨. 날씨가 추워지면서 시작되었고, 기온이 올라가면 거의 멈춤. 후륜 실린더 교체 예정.

Hey so my car was serviced last Wednesday, got an oil change and replaced the brake rotors and pads. And it was driving fine all of Thursday and then for whatever reason late Friday the car would start to rumble when braking and the steering wheel would pull to the right slightly. Well I was already at a party so I didn't think much of it and was gonna go home and on Monday get them to look at it again as those aren't normal sounds a car would make. Anyways driving home I make a stop and now when I tried driving my car it would refuse to go forward like the front wheels would rotate two inches

2016 르노 마스터에서 시속 60km 근처에서 윙윙거리는 음/베어링 소음이 발생하며, 시속 70-75km에서는 음이 감소합니다. 클러치를 밟거나 중립 상태에서는 음이 낮아지지만 완전히 사라지지 않습니다. 약 10,000km 전에 기어박스 베어링을 교체했으며, 현재 소음은 수리 전과 유사합니다. 3개 정비소 방문 결과: 한 곳은 기어박스, 다른 두 곳은 기어박스나 휠 베어링이 아니고 타이어 때문일 수 있다고 함(저속에서 소음 없음). 차량을 들었을 때 바퀴를 회전시켜도 휠 베어링 소음이 없습니다.

MOT 검사에서 이미 CO, HC 수준을 확인하고 있고, 직관 배기 개조 차량이나 DPF 제거 차량도 불합격 처리하는데, 새로운 배출가스 검사 항목이 뭐가 추가되는지 모르겠습니다.

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
