정비 사례

냉각수 누수가 발생했고 불량 가스켓이 원인이었습니다. 냉각수가 엔진으로 새어 들어갔습니다. 가스켓을 교체한 후 수백 마일 주행 후 오일을 교환했을 때 냉각수에 많은 양의 오일이 섞여 있었습니다.

운전석 히터는 정상적으로 작동하다가 15-25분 주행 후 점차 작동 중단됨. 동승석 히터는 전혀 따뜻해지지 않음 (팬은 작동함). 휴식 후 같은 증상 반복. 과거 헤드 개스킷 교체, 호스 교체, 튜브 교체, 써모스탯 교체, 익스팬션 탱크 재설치 등 쿨런트 시스템 수리 이력 있음. 상단 부근에서 매우 미량의 쿨런트 누유 의심.

연료 압력 조절기(FPR) 불량. 시동이 걸리긴 하지만 가끔 걸리지 않거나 여러 번 크랭크해야 함. 셰보레 서버번의 경우 교체에 시간이 오래 걸림. 향후 연료 분사기 고장 가능성 우려. 현재 휘발유 소비량 이상 가능성.

Impressive miles that Merc.Interesting that the MOT was done 1 year after registration, assume a private hire car thing.Then for it's first 3 years was doing 100K miles annually, so to get an average for 50k it probably started being used less, maybe a diesel restriction??Wonder if it's taken me back from the airport Talking to one of the drivers, he maintained his car well.

The Modded Mark 7 Golf is firmly in that category now. I was following this fine example of the breed earlier whilst bringing a car back from an MOT - absolutely pissing blue oil smoke out. The driver was exactly what you'd expect from a tuned / w@anked out old Golf - he got out of his car to remonstrate with my phone pictures.....'it's on the way to the tuners. It's overfuelling'. More and more, the back seats look like the place to be. I ain't laying out until I get to enjoy them so I'll have to wait for self driving. Or if the local minicab company gets one I'll make extensive use of them.

I was trying not to make this too much opinion. I am eager to learn to work on an engine, but I thought maybe I could buy a plastic engine model kit, Revell or some other brand. Is building a small model engine like that remotely close to working on a real engine? By that I mean learning the parts and how it works. I know it's a lot cleaner, etc. Or is it a waste of time?

오일 교환 후 냉시동 시 오일 압력 경고등이 평소보다 오래 켜져 있음 (평소 1초 이내 → 현재 최대 4초). 오일 온도가 올라간 후에는 정상. 오일 레벨과 누유 없음, 추천 규격의 고급 5W30 오일 사용 중.

엔진에 대해 더 알고 싶고, 정비 지식을 배우고 싶으며, 엔진에 쌓인 먼지와 그리스를 청소하기 위해 엔진을 분해하는 것을 고려 중입니다. 분해 후 다시 조립하고 이전보다 더 잘 작동하게 하고 싶습니다. 이런 작업에 따른 주요 위험이 있을까요? 반드시 피해야 할 이유가 있을까요?

As title, I've recently acquired a Mk2 Golf GTI 16v project. Car is a Jade Green late model small bumper 16v. I haven't got the original engine but the project came with a choice of two. I've got a 9A 2.0 16v engine from a Corrado and an ABF 2.0 16v engine from a Mk3 Golf. I'm pretty certain I'm going with the ABF engine but that decision is a long way off. Before then the car will need inner and outer sills, floor pans, inner and outer wings, front and rear valances plus all the usual bodywork repairs. I'm in for the engine all day long, but like others, I'm not all that keen on the colour or the wheels though. But it could be worse though, because it could be electric for me, and I definitely wouldn't want that at all. I was in London over the weekend, and I heard a V12 Rolls Royce start up, and it immediately put a smile on my face for sure. It was subdued of course, but life doesn't get much better than sitting behind a V12 engine in my view.
