It has been a relatively quiet 2 months on the car and bike front but there are some updates!RX7She came out of storage and basically took a trip straight to the bodyshop to get the spoiler quoted for as this had to get done. No longer could I deal with peeling paint! Then off for an MOT, which she obviously passed with flying colours.A week or so went by and I whipped the spoiler off the old girl ready for drop off.Gosh, that is alot of gunk on the lid!All the bits disassembled and on the floor. Love a mk2 GTi and some good work there!

스즈키 스위프트 디젤에서 아침 첫 시동 시 오일 압력 경고등이 엔진 시동 후 4-5초간 켜져 있음. 엔진이 뜨거울 때 재시동하면 경고등이 바로 꺼짐.

중고차 구매 시 엔진 오일 교환 이력 확인 문제. 압축 테스트로 엔진 내 오일 슬러지/가우드 축적 여부를 판단할 수 있는지, 그리고 가우드 축적이 있을 경우 오일 교환만으로 해결 가능한지 궁금함.

6기통 BMW 엔진 재구성 중. 300,000km 주행 엔진. RPM 레드라인을 6500에서 7000으로 올리기 위해 회전 어셈블리 밸런싱 필요. 피스톤 측정 결과 4번 실린더 피스톤이 가장 무거운 것보다 5.2g 무거움. 엔진은 30만km 동안 문제없이 작동했고, 베어링은 균등하게 마모되었으며, 크랭크축은 마모 없음, 4번 실린더 보어와 피스톤은 육안상 이상 없음. 다른 5개 알루미늄 피스톤에서 5.2g을 제거하는 것은 바람직하지 않아 보임.

I was trying not to make this too much opinion. I am eager to learn to work on an engine, but I thought maybe I could buy a plastic engine model kit, Revell or some other brand. Is building a small model engine like that remotely close to working on a real engine? By that I mean learning the parts and how it works. I know it's a lot cleaner, etc. Or is it a waste of time?

1992 GMC Vandura 2500 5.7L이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 처음에는 라이트와 라디오는 켜지지만 시동 불가. 일주일 후 재시도 시 라이트도 켜지지 않음. 배터리 전압 측정값 12.8V (무부하 상태). 스타터, 점화 스위치, 점화 락 스위치, 그리고 소손된 15A 퓨즈를 교체했으나 여전히 시동 불가.

점프 스타트 시 공여 차량(차량 B)의 음(-)배터리 단자에 접근할 수 없는 상황. 두 차량의 섀시를 직접 연결하는 방식이 작동하는지, 그리고 추가 전기 저항이 발생하는지 확인 필요

2013 마즈다 3가 겨울철 매사추세츠에서 거의 매일 아침에 시동이 꺼지고, 특히 추운 밤에도 발생. 단거리 운전(최대 12마일)으로 시동 시 많은 전류 소비. 외부 점프 스타터 사용 중.
