If somebody bought it and stored it with the aim of it being a classic, they surely would have MOT'd it. The reality is that adjusting to inflation, the car probably cost more new than it is now

아우디 TT 로드스터(8N) | 법정 12개월 점검(48,972km) | 공정1: 과거 빗물 침입 이력이 있는 차량으로 천천히 점검을 진행 중. 8~9월 지바 지역 장마와 태풍으로 점검 일정이 밀렸음. 특별한 지적사항 없음. 다만 각 부분의 녹 발생이 우려됨. 엔진오일은 법정점검마다 교환하고 있으며, 리퀴몰리 오일을 직접 반입하여 교환함.

That's absolutely spot on as you say, and even if you had a massive bank account for example, there's hardly anything to choose from now in terms of a brand new coupe as you say. Granted you can still get a Mustang//M4/Aston Martin for example, but there's basically nothing at the lower to mid end of the market anymore now though sadly.

Quite like that. Seems good condition & obvious curio out of all the hatches of the time.Treat it like a mini exotic GT car rather than a Type R rival & I recckon it fits the brief.Price wise given the scarcity of these is about correct for the right enthusiast. Should get some money off as well I would argue.
