증상
홍수 통과 후 브레이크 반응 저하. 이전에는 브레이크 페달의 20-40% 정도만 사용해도 즉각 제동되었으나, 현재는 70-90% 깊이로 밟아야 즉시 제동됨. 후륜 드럼 브레이크 청소 후에도 브레이크 페이드 현상 지속.
처리 내용
후륜 라이닝 조정으로 페달 스트로크 문제 해결 가능. 물속 오일, 실트, 진흙 등이 브레이크에 오염되어 라이닝과 드럼 표면이 연마되고 윤활되었을 수 있음. 후륜 드럼을 분리하여 슈와 드럼 내부를 고급 브레이크 클리너로 분사한 후, 사포로 라이닝 표면을 거칠게 처리하여 연마된 코팅층을 제거. 전륜 패드와 로터도 동일한 방식으로 청소 및 표면 처리 수행.
