증상
간헐적인 시동 불능 문제. 단거리 주행 후 몇 시간 방치 후 재시동 불가. 크랭킹은 길지만 시동 불가 또는 약한 스터터링 후 엔진 꺼짐. 첫 진단 시 연료펌프 교체했으나 문제 지속. 다른 정비소에서 접지 추가로 우연히 시동됨. 4개월 후 같은 문제 재발, 견인 후 밤새 방치하면 정상 시동됨.
처리 내용
OBD2 코드 진단: P062F (PCM 내부 EEPROM 제어 모듈 오류), P069E (연료펌프 제어 모듈 MIL 점등 요청), P023F (연료펌프 2차 회로 개방). 연료펌프 전원 회로 및 그라운드 연결 상태 점검 필요. 간헐적 접촉 불량으로 인한 문제 의심 - PCM 커넥터, 연료펌프 릴레이, 배선 및 접지점 검사. 전자제어 모듈(PCM) 재프로그래밍 또는 교체 고려.
