It's come down 3ppl in the last week at my local supermarket. I suspect "Lack of competition" is probably the root cause however.

두 번째 에어컨 재충전 후 냉매 누수 의심. 스탑리크 및 형광염료를 넣고 재충전함. UV 손전등으로 확인 결과 H 서비스 밸브(고압 밸브) 주변에 초록색 형광염료가 상당량 발견됨. 정비소에서 새 콘덴서 교체 견적(£360) 제시.

22AH AGM 보조 배터리를 충전하고 싶은데, 배터리 제조사에서 충전 시 6A를 초과하지 말 것을 권장함 (배터리 손상 및 폭발 위험). 그런데 올터네이터에서 나오는 전류가 6A보다 훨씬 많아서 문제가 됨

Saw this posted by wjs1968 on the ‘cool classic car spotters thread’.It got me thinking…In theory, could you remove a plate like this onto another car?…and if so, what style of replacement reg would the car get?

Maybe this is a silly question, but what is the technical definition of the "front" vs. the "rear" of the engine? On my vehicle, from the context of part names, the "front" is the side with the timing belt and the other belts, the alternator, compressor, p/s pump. The "rear" is the side with the flywheel, clutch, transmission, VTEC solenoid (it's a Honda). Relative to the vehicle itself the "front" is on the driver's side and the "rear" is on the passenger side. Which side of an arbitrary engine is the "front", in general? E.g. is it always the timing belt side? The side opposite the transmiss

This is based on the Stelvio which is based on the Giulia’s Georgio platform which is phenomenal. Sporty but comfortable and engaging, something that few, if any, rivals match. Quality concerns are also about 15 years out of date… If I was in the market for a car like this I’d have it over the Germans any day.

As some may have seen in my other threads my SL500 went to a new home which freed up some cash to go in the Caterham fund. Ever since selling my old 310R I've bitterly regretted doing so. I’ve recently bought a Range Rover for the fourth time. I’d been trying hard to manage without one as my daily driver, but not helped by the excellent Stick Legs thread on here, I cracked and got another one.Quick photo:Potted version of my Land-Rover history. After growing up around them and liking them forever, I held out until the age of 43 before I got one in September 2017. A January 2004 L322 V8 petrol with a FSH and 167,000 miles bought for £4,500 from a dealer near Swindon. Following appropriate man maths it was bought instead of spending £3k on winter wheels and tyres for the E Class

Could somebody give me a little guidance and how this would work. Car A is on my driveway that I want to swap for car B which we will be meeting half way, car B is taxed and previous owner will cancel tax after we get back from the swap. Temp insurance will be used.Car A has no insurance or tax. Insurance as said I will just use temp cover. Do I just tax the car as normal and then cancel once I am home, shame to lose 35 quid just for a 40 minute drive.
