2002 기아 스포티지의 브레이크가 후진 시에만 잠김. 드라이브나 중립에서는 브레이크가 풀림. 잠길 때 공기압 음이 들리고 페달이 바닥까지 내려감.

2013 Chevy Cruze 브레이크에서 삐걱거리는 음성 발생. 프론트 로터는 이미 재가공(resurfacing) 처리됨. 리어 패드는 조정 및 세척 처리됨. 차량 연식이 2013년이고 주행거리 43,000km로 비교적 낮음에도 불구하고 계속 발생. 제조사 서비스 어드바이저리(Service Advisory)가 이 문제에 대해 발행된 상태.

2007 혼다 핏 스포츠, 주행거리 약 70,000km. 신호대기 중 공회전 시 엔진이 꺼짐 (하루에 최소 1회 이상 발생). AC 켜져 있을 때 더 자주 발생하는 경향. 날씨가 더울 때 더 자주 발생. AC 장시간 사용 후 정차 시 차 내부에서 '윤윤거리는' 소리 들림 (얼음물이 담긴 쿨러 같은 음향).

변속기 오일 교환

선로를 건넌 후 계기판에 경고등이 점등됨. 휠 허브, 스피드 센서, 변속기 오일, 점화플러그, 코일을 교체함. 서비스 엔진 라이트는 꺼졌으나 차량이 리림프 모드인 것처럼 느껴지고 3단에서 변속이 안 됨.

드라이브샤프트 교환

포드 포커스 Mk1 전면 액슬 외측 부츠 교체 작업 중 외측 CV 조인트를 분해하고 러버 부츠를 교체한 후 재조립했습니다. 차고에서 차를 빼내자마자 구동력이 끊어졌습니다. 가볍운 갈리는 소음이 들렸지만 전진 또는 후진 구동력이 없습니다. 부츠 교체 중에 한쪽 바퀴가 지면에 닿은 상태에서 액슬을 여러 번 회전시켰습니다. 내측 조인트가 트랜스미션에서 빠져나갔거나 손상되었을 가능성이 있습니다.

에어컨 가스 충전

에어컨에서 간헐적으로 뜨거운 바람이 나옴. 블로어가 최저 속도(Speed 1)에서 작동하지 않음 (Speed 2-4는 정상). 에어컨 시스템에 냉매가 과다 충전되어 있고 에어컨이 얼어붙음. 블로어가 작동하지 않아서 냉기가 실내로 흐르지 않는 것으로 추정.

엔진 시동 후 브레이크 페달이 바닥까지 내려감. 브레이크 라인, 캘리퍼, 휠 실린더, 패드, 슈, 브레이크 부스터, 마스터 실린더를 모두 교체함. ABS 시스템을 우회해도 여전히 페달이 바닥까지 내려감. 수동 및 진공 시스템으로 에어 블리딩을 했으나 문제 지속. 3개의 부스터와 3개의 마스터 실린더를 사용해도 동일한 증상 발생.

2013 쉐보레 크루즈에서 갑자기 에어컨이 작동하지 않음. 송풍기에서 따뜻하거나 뜨거운 바람만 나옴. 후드를 열고 에어컨 버튼을 켜도 라디에이터 팬이 작동하지 않음. 외부 온도가 화씨 90도대(섭씨 32도 이상)일 때도 팬이 켜지지 않음. 휴지 상태와 고속도로 주행 중에도 팬이 작동한 적이 없음.

클러치에서 knock 소음이 발생하고 있으며, 릴리즈 베어링(throw out bearing)이 불량인 상태

에어컨 가스 충전

에어컨이 30-60°F 온도에서는 잘 작동하지만, 70°F 이상에서는 30분 후 꺼짐. 컴프레서와 콘덴서 팬이 모두 꺼지고 다음 날 아침까지 다시 켜지지 않음. 오후 고온에서는 약 30분만 작동. 진공 처리 및 수리 시도함.

타이어 교환

운전석 앞 타이어가 5개월 후 안쪽 숄더/리브 부분이 심하게 마모되어 와이어가 노출됨. 새로운 굿이어 타이어로 교체 후 약 13개월 경과했으며, 현재 타이어가 안쪽 전체적으로 완전히 마모됨. 총 주행거리는 약 2,000마일 이상으로 많지 않음. 조수석 앞 타이어도 최근에 안쪽이 많이 마모되기 시작함.
