증상
에어컨이 30-60°F 온도에서는 잘 작동하지만, 70°F 이상에서는 30분 후 꺼짐. 컴프레서와 콘덴서 팬이 모두 꺼지고 다음 날 아침까지 다시 켜지지 않음. 오후 고온에서는 약 30분만 작동. 진공 처리 및 수리 시도함.
처리 내용
고압 측 압력이 높고 저압 측 압력이 낮은 상태로 보임. 이는 과도한 냉매가 증발기로 흘러 팽창할 공간이 없어서 발생할 수 있음 (냉각 원리상 팽창이 필요함). 일반적인 원인으로는: 온도 팽창 밸브(TXV)가 열려있거나 센싱 벌브가 온도를 제대로 감지하지 못하는 경우, 오리피스 튜브 개구부가 너무 크거나 오리피스 튜브 외부의 O-링이 밀폐되지 않는 경우 등이 있음. 자세한 차량 정보 없이는 기본적인 추측임.

For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car. re. the refrigerant - If you take the car to Quik-Fit they will empty the system for free (probably best to ring first to check but I've done it on a few cars..). This is actually a requirement if you work on the AC system of a car as the gas is pretty nasty for you and the environment.Once that's done it's pretty simple, just nuts n bolts but do fit a replacement drier though if you're opening the system up.
