Had a C reg one of these back in 96 / 97 and absolutely loved it.Always felt special, revved to the moon and was always reliable. By the time I got it, it already had rust on the rear arches and needed welding to get through it's MOT. Not sure I'd want to spend £20k for a trip down memory lane, but a lovely thing to have owned in my early 20's.

After a few years in Subaru’s interspersed with a bmw and a honda Ive scratched an itch thats been with me for 20 years.I was 16 playing 5 a side and another player arrived in his white RX7. I’ve lusted after one ever since. I’ve never been brave enough and never really had the opportunity to own one until now. 18-24 was too expensive on running costs and insurance as I was doing 70 miles a day commute. 24- present day Ive been in company cars and the missus has used whatever the second car is as her daily. Hence the hot hatches and imprezas. Mode of transport for her. Fun weekend car for me.

Wow - the same engine layout, power and weight as a 28 year old Suzuki TL1000, with the styling a cross between those 70s and 80s icons Alien and Predator.Still, it will look pretty in someone's collection.

I’ve always wanted an RB5 for as long as I can remember, from reading about it back in one of the first publications of evo magazine and seeing their photos of T47 JOP. It’s a car that’s always been on my radar but there was always another car that seemed to pick it to the post when it got to the final two.With them seemingly becoming a car that there’s only ever a very small sample to purchase from, for some unknown reason I thought now’s the time to buy one. I get frustrated driving anywhere these days but have recently passed my motorbike test and it's brilliant being on the bike. Slow drivers are over taken easier, I filter through traffic nicely and save time on every journey (even with the extra faff of getting ready).

Follwed a Vauxhall Astra van this morning for a 1/4 of my commute, down a lovely country road with a 60 limit, it never got above 38mph, mostly 32/33 Then drove through a 30mph limit village at... yep, you guessed it, 38mph!! LOL. Ironically, he also had VXR Racing sticker stuck on the back?? Just as my commute was coming to an end, I ended up in line of 4 or 5 cars, the one at the front dawdling on green L plates so newly passed, but was swerving right into the left hand edge and braking every time an oncoming vehicle approached. Is that how we are teaching people to drive these days FFS?! I

In short, yes. The width is the main issue, as roads/parking spaces/garages haven't got any wider in the last 50 years but cars have exponentially. I have two "small" modern cars and even those are a tight fit in most parking spaces. How you park a modern Range Rover/S-Class in an average parking space and actually have room to get out is beyond me!The problem is that this hasn't necessarily translated to more passenger space. We have a 2015 Renault Clio and I wouldn't really say that it has any more passenger/boot space than a mk1 Clio or the Peugeot 205 that I owned but externally it is
