브레이크 시스템이 밀폐되어 있으면 브레이크 블리딩이 필요한지 궁금함. 브레이크 액이 끓는점에 도달하면 가스가 발생하는지, 아니면 주기적인 교환이 필요한지 (이는 플러시에 가깝지 않은가), 블리딩과 플러시 프로세스가 유사한지 확인하고 싶음.

브레이크 패드 교환

닛산 맥시마 2000년식입니다. 지난 2~3일간 변속기에 이상한 문제가 있습니다. 차량 시동을 걸고 브레이크 페달에 발을 올린 후 드라이브 기어에 넣으려고 해도 시프트 레버가 움직이지 않습니다. 브레이크 페달을 누르면 변속기에 신호를 보내서 안전하게 기어를 넣을 수 있도록 하는데, 아무리 세게 눌러도 클릭음이 들리지 않습니다.

브레이크 패드 교환

2009 혼다 시빅, 신품 타이어, 신품 타이로드, 신품 브레이크 로터, 신품 브레이크 패드, 휠 밸런싱 완료 후에도 브레이크 적용 시 40km/h 이상의 속도에서 스티어링 휠이 떨림. 브레이크 적용 시에만 떨림 발생, 그 외에는 정상.

브레이크를 밟을 때 소음이 발생하며, 차량이 움직이는 동안에만 몇 초간 지속됨. 휠 비교 사진 참조 - 브레이크 패드 마모 의심.

타이어 교환

브레이크 라이트가 항상 켜져 있고 스탑 라이트 쿠션이 원인. 새로운 쿠션을 딜러에서 구입했지만 교체할 때 포인트 노즈 플라이어로는 작동하지 않음. 스위치나 브레이크 페달 어셈블리 전체를 제거하지 않고 쿠션을 스냅인할 수 있는 더 쉬운 방법을 찾고 있음.

2012 Elantra가 신호등에서 정차 중 브레이크 페달을 밟고 있을 때 차량이 진동함. 심한 흔들림은 아니지만 발과 시트에서 진동이 느껴짐.

브레이크 패드 교환

2001 Toyota Tundra: 새 캘리퍼 교체 후 약 7마일 주행 시 제동력 약화 시작, 거의 도착할 때쯤 심하게 끌리고 연기 발생. 3주 후 다시 사용했을 때도 동일 증상 반복. 브레이크 청소 후에도 증상 지속.

2013 Chevrolet Cruze 제동 시 큰 이상음 발생. 이전 방문에서 드럼, 패드, 슈 교체했으나 문제 재발.

휠 토우인/토우아웃 설정이 주행에 영향을 주는 이유를 이해하지 못함. 토우인 설정이 있으면 직진 주행 시 양쪽 휠이 사선 방향으로 움직이는 것처럼 느껴져서 의도한 직진 주행과 맞지 않는 것 같음.

쇼크업소버 교환

혼(호른)이 작동하지 않음, 스티어링 휠 라디오 컨트롤이 작동하지 않음, 에어백 경고등 점등. 클럭스프링(clockspring) 불량

공회전 중 에어컨 작동 시 처음에는 정상이다가 몇 초 후 차량이 흔들리고 에어컨에서 따뜻한 바람이 나오며, 엔진이 꺼지려고 하거나 실제로 꺼짐. 스파크 플러그와 스파크 플러그 케이블은 이미 교체했고 간극도 정확하게 조정함.

Volvo makes safe cars which are not only the bare minimum in passing NCAP but offer real safety.For example crashing into a stopped lorry at 40mph I am sure there will be no intrusion into the Volvo cabin. 2007 International 7400 Maxxforce DT 엔진이 고온 상태에서 일부 실린더에서 간헐적인 미스파이어 발생. 미스파이어 코드는 없음. 캠 센서와 인젝터 분사 전압을 오실로스코프로 확인했을 때 ECM에서 문제 발견

2004 Echo에서 스웨이 바 링크 교체 후 새로운 소음 발생. 신호에서 출발할 때나 낮은 속도에서 범프를 넘을 때 발생하며, 링크가 완전히 손상되었을 때와 유사한 소리지만 빈도는 낮고 고속도로에서 좌우 흔들림은 없음. 타이어, 타이로드 엔드, 스웨이 바 링크를 점검했으나 이상 없음. 승객석 측 링크가 규격보다 약간 느슨하지만 재조정해도 소음 지속.

2016 Ram 1500 5.7L에서 냉간 시동 시 큰 틱음 소음이 발생하며, 실내에서도 들릴 정도. 엔진이 워밍업되면 대부분 사라짐. 배기 누수가 의심되지만, 누수가 작아서 엔진이 데워지면서 누수가 줄어들거나 없어져 CEL(Check Engine Light)이 켜지지 않을 가능성. 충분히 작은 배기 누수의 경우 산소 센서가 감지할 만큼 심각해야만 코드가 발생하며, 이 정도 누수는 감지되기 어려움.
