2012 Elantra가 신호등에서 정차 중 브레이크 페달을 밟고 있을 때 차량이 진동함. 심한 흔들림은 아니지만 발과 시트에서 진동이 느껴짐.

브레이크 패드 교환

2001 Toyota Tundra: 새 캘리퍼 교체 후 약 7마일 주행 시 제동력 약화 시작, 거의 도착할 때쯤 심하게 끌리고 연기 발생. 3주 후 다시 사용했을 때도 동일 증상 반복. 브레이크 청소 후에도 증상 지속.

2013 Chevrolet Cruze 제동 시 큰 이상음 발생. 이전 방문에서 드럼, 패드, 슈 교체했으나 문제 재발.

브레이크를 밟을 때 소음이 발생하며, 차량이 움직이는 동안에만 몇 초간 지속됨. 휠 비교 사진 참조 - 브레이크 패드 마모 의심.

브레이크 패드 교환

2009 혼다 시빅, 신품 타이어, 신품 타이로드, 신품 브레이크 로터, 신품 브레이크 패드, 휠 밸런싱 완료 후에도 브레이크 적용 시 40km/h 이상의 속도에서 스티어링 휠이 떨림. 브레이크 적용 시에만 떨림 발생, 그 외에는 정상.

2006 Pontiac G6 3.5 V6, 155,000마일. 부드러운 정지 중 ABS가 작동하고 브레이크 페달이 진동. 가속 전 ABS와 트랙션 컨트롤 경고등 점등. 40℉, 젖은 도로 상황, 냉각수 온도는 정상. 퓨즈는 모두 정상. 지난 며칠간 경고등이 켜졌다 꺼졌다 반복. 범프를 지날 때, 시동 걸 때, 그리고 컨트롤을 누를 때 점등/소등.

브레이크 시스템이 밀폐되어 있으면 브레이크 블리딩이 필요한지 궁금함. 브레이크 액이 끓는점에 도달하면 가스가 발생하는지, 아니면 주기적인 교환이 필요한지 (이는 플러시에 가깝지 않은가), 블리딩과 플러시 프로세스가 유사한지 확인하고 싶음.

2004 GMC Envoy 4WD, 54,000마일. 최근 Pirelli Scorpion ATR 타이어로 교체 후 스티어링 휠에서 shimmy 발생. 초기에 2개 타이어의 높은 run-out으로 인한 불량이었고 교체함. 동일 방문 시 4WD 얼라인먼트 및 스웨이 바 부시 교체 완료. 진동이 개선되었으나 완전히 제거되지 않음. 정비소에서 여러 번 방문 후에도 문제 원인을 파악하지 못함.

I recently sold my Volvo V60 R Design, nice car, nice engine (5 cylinder of course..mmmm) but didn't do anything else for me, silly low profile tyres (i know spec sensitive), potentially ruinous in all aspects, and just wasn't being used mainly, a depreciating asset costing me money just sat there! - so sold it, got a good price as the used market is still silly, but good for sellers of course.So, we have been down to a one car family, the BMW E91 is still trooping along, we have managed fine with the one car up to now with abit of juggling, but - I have been tempted to buy a cheap shed/run ab

2006 DTS 후방 서스펜션이 매우 울퉁불퉁하게 움직임. 차량 뒤쪽을 누르면 1~2인치 정도만 내려갔다가 더 이상 내려가지 않음.

2000 Chrysler Neon의 서스펜션 교체 필요. 주행거리 240,000km 이상. Monroe Sensa Trac 콤보 쇼크/스프링 부품 구매 검토 중 (#181580, #171578). 부품 가격 비교: $250/코너($1000 총액) vs $200/쌍($400 총액).

솔리드 리어 액슬 프로젝트 카에 순정 코일오버 옵션이 없음. 충격/스프링 콤보를 로우 쇼크 마운트에 부착하는 것에 대한 경고들이 있음. 로우 마운트가 모든 하중을 지탱하기에 너무 약해 보임.

2016 Dodge Charger 5.7 자동변속기. 80-90 mph에서 차체 진동 발생. 스티어링 휠에는 진동 없음. 악셀과 브레이크 페달에서 진동 느껴짐. 가스나 브레이크를 밟지 않아도 진동 발생. 90 mph에서 브레이크 적용 시 진동 심화. 프론트 부품 수리(로드 류 교체) 후 문제 시작.

1993 Acura Integra의 쇼크 교체 중 lower shock mount 볼트의 self-locking nut이 풀리지 않음. Liquid Wrench와 임팩트 드라이버 사용했으나 효과 없음. 서스펜션 마운트 구조상 nut/bolt/shock 조립체가 함께 회전하는 것으로 추정됨.

스트럿 상단부(터렛 장착부)가 터렛에서 돌출되어 있음. 차를 들어올리면 터렛에 다시 닿음. 양쪽 프론트 마운트 모두에서 동일한 현상 발생.

머플러 교환

BMW E36 320i에 328i 엔진을 설치했습니다. 328i는 두 개의 배기구가 있는 더 큰 배기 시스템이 장착되어 있고, 320i는 하나의 배기구가 있는 더 작은 배기 시스템이 장착되어 있습니다. 더 큰 배기 시스템을 설치하면 어떤 장점이 있으며, 기존 배기 시스템을 계속 사용할 수 있는지 궁금합니다.

캘리포니아 공인 촉매변환기 AP Exhaust 749233 Direct Fit 및 740566 단일 교체 모델을 구할 수 없음. AP Exhaust에 연락했으나 폐업 상태이며 재개 여부 불명. 주(State) 목록에는 없지만 CARB/캘리포니아 공인이라고 표시된 단일 촉매변환기를 찾을 수 있음.
